The room is exactly same as posted, and very clean when we go into the room. We are group of 3 and being welcomed warmly by lady boss. She even prepared some teas for us even we already checked in late around 8pm at night. Simple breakfast prepared by lady boss very delicious, and she was very kind enough make us 3 cup of coffees. This is a very good place to stay while enjoying beautiful scenary, and quiet neighbourhood. 👍🏻

Die Lage ist ruhig, aber immer noch in der Nähe der lokalen Spots und Lebensmittel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was alles einfach macht. This trip came with an unexpected situation when our original accommodation, Mountainside Reverie, was suddenly closed without prior notice to Trip.com. Given the urgency, we immediately contacted Trip.com—and this turned out to be one of the most impressive customer service experiences we’ve had. Their support team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They canceled our original booking free of charge and allowed us to select a new accommodation on the spot. We eventually chose to stay at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay. Additionally, Trip.com compensated us with coins for future discounts, demonstrating genuine care for their customers. What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Unexpected moments can become meaningful highlights—when you have the right travel partner like Trip.com by your side. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

Vermisst nicht den Yak heißen Potit absolut lecker! Insgesamt ist es ein hervorragender Wert für Geld und ein fantastisches Aufenthaltsort. 👍 Das Rezeption Personal spricht Englisch, ist sehr freundlich und bietet einen hervorragenden Service. Sie sind immer bereit, mit allem zu helfen, was Sie brauchen.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I honestly had one of the best experiences. The hotel owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. He even helped us to buy ticket to Dagu glacier. Communication was very easy and smooth from check-in until check-out. The room was also very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly very clean. Everything was well prepared and made us feel relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Would definitely come back again in the future!

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

Das Hotel liegt zwischen dem Stadtzentrum und dem Haupttor Dagu Glacier. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und neu mit automatischen Lichtern, Gürteln, Toiletten und drahtlosen Ladegeräten. Vernünftiger Preis.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind komplett, die Gesundheit ist gut, die Touristen-Elevator und das Landfenster lassen die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters unnötig. Das Hotel ist nahe an den Eisbergen der Dage und den schönsten tibetischen Attraktionen. Der Besitzer und die Rezeption sind sehr harmonisch. Der Service ist aufmerksam und ist ein gutes Wohnerlebnis.
