GGastnutzerThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

We had hot pot for dinner at the hotel, which was both tasty and perfect for the cool weather. The breakfast room was especially beautiful — such a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a quiet and scenic getaway.

GGastnutzerHygiene: Das Zimmer ist hell, sauber und hygienisch und die Details sind recht gut. Neben der Toilette befinden sich Desinfektionspads und neben den Badeschlappen eine Alkoholsprühflasche.
Umgebung: Die Check-in-Halle ist sehr warm und das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich. Es fühlt sich an, als ob man zu Hause wäre und gerade erst eingecheckt hätte.
Service: Das Mädchen an der Rezeption ist gastfreundlich und bietet einen rücksichtsvollen Service!
Ausstattung: intelligente Toilette, Luftbefeuchter, zentrale Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank im öffentlichen Bereich. Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass es im Kreis Heishui ein so hochwertiges B&B gibt.
Das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, hatte einen separaten Balkon und wir konnten den farbenfrohen Wald genießen, ohne das Haus zu verlassen. Als wir nach Hause kamen, empfahlen wir es sofort Freunden, die gerade verreisen wollten Der bunte Wald ist so schön.

There is no lift in hotel but the staffs will help you to carry luggages. Hotel is situated separately from other business and need to drive if you forget slomething and want to go convenient store. The breakfast is no selection and very local.

TTbh$This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

GGastnutzerThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

GGastnutzerFar mountain hotel is a family runner hotel, we have to wait for checking in about 30 mins. But the hotel owner was nice and well taking care us. The room was a little antique style but nice and spacious, the only comments is it was too cold for toilet and bathroom during winter. There was a heater controller at the ceiling but it was too hot. 2 bottles of water were provided. No breakfast was offering in the hotel. Overall us ok because we just stayed for a night before our trip to Bipengou. Location is closed to base of Bipengou. Great value for money.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍
