This trip came with an unexpected situation when our original accommodation, Mountainside Reverie, was suddenly closed without prior notice to Trip.com. Given the urgency, we immediately contacted Trip.com—and this turned out to be one of the most impressive customer service experiences we’ve had. Their support team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They canceled our original booking free of charge and allowed us to select a new accommodation on the spot. We eventually chose to stay at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay. Additionally, Trip.com compensated us with coins for future discounts, demonstrating genuine care for their customers. What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Unexpected moments can become meaningful highlights—when you have the right travel partner like Trip.com by your side. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.

The room was spacious, clean, with a nice view that made the stay even more relaxing, although the place is not easily accessible from the main road. The service was excellent throughout, and the host was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable from check-in to check-out.

This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

Diese Unterkunft war ein toller Ort zum Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut vorbereitet, wodurch der Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel ist. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, mit schnellen Antworten und hilfsbereiter Unterstützung während des Aufenthalts. Alles war gut verwaltet, und ich fühlte mich sehr gut betreut. Ich würde diesen Ort sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der eine entspannte und hartnäckige Unterkunft sucht.

Die Lage war schön, es war leicht zu finden und es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir reservierten für 3 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, als das Hotel angekommen war, der Empfangsmann hat uns mit dem Thai Wort “Sawasdee krab” begrüßt, das so freundlich war und unserem Geist beeinflusst. Er hat uns mehr Informationen mit Thai Übersetzung und mehr Verständnis gegeben. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß, hoch und gut vorbereitet. Es gab Stromblöcke, so dass wir alle gut schliefen und die Energie für den nächsten Tag belastet. Es war schön, eine Chance zu haben, in diesem schönen Hotel zu bleiben!!!

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

Das Hotel ist nahe an den Eisbergen der Dage und den schönsten tibetischen Attraktionen. Der Besitzer und die Rezeption sind sehr harmonisch. Der Service ist aufmerksam und ist ein gutes Wohnerlebnis.

Der Hotel-Rezeption-Service ist sehr enthusiastisch und kostenlos für uns. Wir haben ein normales Zimmer reserviert. Das Zimmer ist sehr warm und intelligent + komfortabel. Es ist in der Kernposition. Neue Eröffnungsanlagen sind neu, gut gesund und intelligent erlebt. geeignet für Touristen in den Landschaftsgebieten Dago, Brustdrüse und andere, die praktischen und modernen Bequemlichkeiten der Hochgeschwindigkeitshäuser zu berücksichtigen.

Ich bin Thai 🇹🇭. Ich habe für zwei Tage in einem Zimmer für drei Personen geblieben. Die Sauberkeit war noch nicht bis zum Standard, und das Badezimmer hatte einen leichten Geruch. Am 30. Dezember 2024 schneete es jedoch in der Nacht. Als ich aufwachte und das Fenster sah, war alles in Schnee bedeckt. Es war unglaublich schön, wie eine Szene aus einer Fräulein Geschichte. Die kostenlose Nahrung war gedampfte Büffel, gekochte Eier, und Mischreis, die nur ok waren. Aber vergessen Sie nicht, um einen WeChat Taxi Kontakt zu fragen, weil Taxis sehr begrenzt sind. Nur im Falle, dass es kein Auto zur Rückreise aus Tagong verfügbar.
