We stayed here as a last minute stay and it was absolutely miserable. This is a party hotel. We were just looking for a place to sleep for one night. For the amount we paid (over $180) you would think they would have more than one functional elevator, a working pool and hot tub, have clean mattresses, and better control of their guests. There are several ballrooms in this hotel, so again, you have a party hotel. There was a sports group of preteen boys (red shirts that said ‘Rangers’) who were playing hide and seek tag in the hallways, lobby, and elevator until about 11pm. Around the same time, the Jones family reunion got kicked out of their ballroom and brought the party to the room next to ours, with a connecting door. From 11:15pm-1:30am we called and walked down to the front desk a total of 7 times asking for help. The girl at the front desk was left there on a busy Saturday night with no help, no manager, no support. Police had been in the building for drunk patrons several times and she told me she had been trying to reach her manager for help and kept getting sent to voice mail. She offered to move our room, but my argument was that we should bot have had to move in the middle of the night, the loud party guests should move. She told me she could not move them because they were part of a group rate, so if she moved the loud room she would have to move everyone in the group. Not believable. She also said she had gotten several complaints about this room, not just from us. They did not quiet down until 2am. The clerk (Taylor?) told me she would comp my room but did not have the computer authorization to do it, but her manager Chelsea would be in at 7am. When we checked out at 9am, there was still no manager on the property. The new clerk told me that Chelsea would call me to comp my room when she came in (within the hour), but she never called. When we *****ped our bed this morning we noticed there was no mattress cover on the bed, and there was a huge stain on the bed. I also found dirty washcloths and towels on the floor of the closet in the room. If you are looking for a dirty party hotel, this is your spot. If you want a hotel that posts everywhere that your satisfaction is guaranteed but does not stand behind that, this is your spot. If you want a clean and restful place to sleep, go somewhere else.

Not recommended. Made reservations on Hotels.com in August 2021 for August 2022 the total charge for 3 days on the Hotels site was 233.00. The room was reserved via a credit card. The day we left to travel to the property they call us on our cell phone and left msg that we needed to call them as the card the room was reserved with did not go through and if we didn't call them back the rate. Once we called them they had already cancelled our reservation. But they said they could book the same three days at the new rate at $466. First who cancels a reservation just hours before patrons are to arrive? Secondly, the room was booked through Hotels.com and no email on cancellation on account? Never have I had a property try to run a card transaction for payment prior to patrons arrival. Honestly after hearing they had done the same thing to others at the event, I believe they cancelled so they could charge the higher rate. Very shady business practices at this property when the original agreement on the Hotels.com site was Pay when you arrive. Beware!!!!

Am Ende des Aufenthalts, ich rief es für 3 Tage zu verlängern, aber die Dame über dem Telefon sagt, ich kann es für 2 Nächte mehr haben( OK cool ich werde es später herausfinden). Dann, am zweiten Tag gehe ich zum Frontdesk und frage eine weitere Nacht. Die Dame am Frontdesk (eine andere Dame als am Telefon) macht mich zu unterschreiben Papier und sagt, ich bin gut zu gehen. Nächstes Tag bekomme ich wieder einen Anruf von der ersten Dame und sie schreien an mir. ”Du hast mich nicht gehört.” Sie sagt mir das nicht in einem schönen Ton, sie schreit auf mich über das Telefon in der schlimmsten Weise, wie sie möglich ist, und sagt mir, dass es meine Schuld ist. ”Das Front Desk Mädchen ist neu und weiß nicht, worüber sie spricht”. Wie ist das mein Fehler? Dann sagt sie, sie wird es herausfinden und rufen mich in 10 Minuten. 30 Minuten passieren und ich rufe sie zurück, weil ich nicht angerufen und entschuldigen, dass ich wütend geworden bin. (Ich entschuldige mich zuerst, obwohl es nicht mein Fehler war). Dann sagt sie, sie kann mich in ein neues Zimmer bewegen und ich bitte um einen Rabatt. Ich muss eine Stunde Arbeit verlassen, um meine Sachen zu packen und beide Wege nur zu finden, dass ihr Rabatt 20 Dollar war. Ich verlor mehr Geld, um Arbeit zu verlassen. Ich habe mein Zimmer abgebrochen. (Ich fragte noch einmal später, aber sie sagten, sie waren voll, was ich auch verstehe, dass) Nach diesem habe ich dreimal gesprochen und fragte, mit dem Manager zu sprechen und ich wurde gesagt, dass der Manager am Freitag um 7:00 Uhr wieder sein wird. Ich rufe um 7 Uhr an und ich wurde gesagt, dass der Manager nicht hier ist und am Montag wiederkommen wird. Es ist eine Schande, dass ein so gutes Hotel so schrecklich Service hat. Ich bin die enttäuschteste, die ich seit Jahren in einem Hotel gewesen bin. Ich empfehle Ihnen, dieses Hotel zu beraten, es gibt einen Tru by Hilton 30 Sekunden von dort, es ist wert, einen zusätzlichen 15 Dollar dort zu verbringen.
