Wir Ware absolut überwältigt von der Ansicht von den Bergen auf den See, und dann noch dieses märchenhafte Hotel - ein Geheimtipp, alles authentisch, wie in einem Museum. Große Apartments und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Traumhaft!!

Thoroughly our stay here! We were made to feel very welcome. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Varenna. A car is a must. It’s a very long way down a steep hill to Varenna. Breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend. Also the view from the local church is spectacular

Great stay! I loved the place, the owner is the perfect host.The breakfast is tasty and enough, the coffee is very good. The place is very clean and the view over the Lake Como is the best you can find. If I will ever return to Lake Como I will book "C'era una volta again" .

Guests who make the 10-minute drive from Varenna to Perledo / Bologna will be rewarded with awesome hosts in an utterly peaceful destination. C'era una Volta is a little paradise for anyone looking to enjoy Lago di Como, without the tourist crowds. But only come if you enjoy personal, friendly service and amazing attention to detail. This is a unique B&B, and a place I would be delighted to return to. The wifi might be slow, but the breakfast is delicious, the location is magical and the hospitality is genuine, warm and discrete. And as for the views of Lago di Como: Once you know, you know... For yummy rustic, local cuisine go to Crott del Meo, 100m behind C'era und Volta.

Posto stupendo, in posizione strategica e tranquilla. I titolari sono super accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. Colazione ottima e variegata. Camere comode e pulite in maniera accurata. Consigliato vivamente per l'ottima qualità e per la disponibilità dei proprietari. Eravamo due adulti con il piccolo di 18 mesi e abbiamo anche avuto a disposizione una comoda culla e il telo fasciatoio.

Luogo fantastico, sembra di essere in un altro tempo...tutto pulitissimo e fresco. Titolare gentilissimo. Si ci sente in famiglia. Arredi particolari e suggestivi. Vista meravigliosa sul lago a pochi passi

Siamo tornati al Lago dopo molto tempo e senza esitazioni abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo B&B che conosciamo e frequentiamo già da diversi anni. L'accoglienza è sempre molto attenta e cordiale, ci si sente in famiglia. Le camere e gli altri ambienti sono carichi di fascino e personalità, unici nel loro genere, oltre che estremamente puliti. La colazione è ricca e varia, completa di alimenti dolci e salati, con uova preparate al momento, salumi e frutta. C'è anche la possibilità di fare l'aperitivo. Sono felice di poter dire che a giugno torneremo.
