Greeted with a smile by the door boy upon arrival. The check-in process was very smooth. We were given free hi-tea vouchers from 4 pm to 6 pm. However, when we arrived at 5 pm there was nothing left but tea and coffee. Only 2 types of cakes were served after 10 minutes of waiting.
We were given a room on the 8th floor of the Deluxe King Suite which was very comfortable. We were informed that there was a power outage at 12:00 am for about 10 minutes. Yes, there was a short shutdown of just a few seconds. However, at 1 am there was another shutdown and we fell asleep. At 2.30 am we woke up and realized the electricity was still not on. Then we called the reception to ask why our room was still blackout. The reception informed us that all maintenance staff were unavailable. So we asked to change rooms because we were starting to sweat. After a few minutes a member of staff came to our room to deliver the key to a new room on the 4th floor. We were told that the room had been upgraded to a Family room with 3 beds. However, we are more comfortable in the old Deluxe King Suite room. So we had to move to a new room around 3 am and it was quite a hassle to pack all our stuff early in the morning. It was also our mistake for not informing earlier. Finally, the problem is solved.
The breakfast was delicious and before checking out, the reception staff apologized about the incident. We accept it and overall we rate this hotel as very good. Appreciation to all your staff who give their best service.
Last but not least we found the cheapest rate and smooth transiaction with Trip.com 👍🏻
