Wot Peniche

Très bien centré à 5mn du terminal de bus.super auberge.cela vaudrait presque le coup de venir a péniche rien que pour elle.chambres très confortables de quatre avec sanitaires dans chaque chambre.cuisine super équipée avec immense salon attenant avec tables,espace de travail,divans,poufs,etc....chacun pourra se créer son espace perso.staff au petit soin.super petit dej(buffet). tout est bien entretenu.recommande.

Amazing hostel ! A really great vibe, friendly staff and guests, a lot of activities : this hostel definitely has a lot to make you enjoy your stay ! The room was great, bed very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well organized. The hostel is 10-15 minutes walk from everything (beach, port, supermarket...) which is very convenient ! Thank you WOT Peniche for this amazing stay !

Title says it all. 100 Spanish teenagers had booked to stay whilst I was there, no warning of this before I had paid online. I booked to stay 3 nights, I left on the 2nd night. Kids playing football outside my dorm window at gone 11:30pm. People shouting and doors slamming until gone 1am and then started again about 6am. When I asked for a refund for my final night because I couldn't sleep there I was refused. I don't blame the kids at all, they were just trying to have a good time, but myself and other travellers should have never been put in this situation. Absolute joke. Don't stay here!!!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Peniche i stroniły suggest you go to WOT! It was an amazing stay. Hospitality of the staff was super nice, the common area was fully equipped with pool, Ping Pong, darts, super comfy sofas. Kitchen in common area is big and have a lot of space. Even with fully booked hotel there was enough space for everyone. The superior room was beautyfull and really spacious. There was a kitchen with everything you might need. Also, all the furniture was of a good quality, not some cheap stuff that easily break apart. We are planning your next stay there already! Ps. They help with organizing surfing lessons even if you are total begginer and the beach is about 5 min walking distance :)

I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights last summer. The common area is spacious and beautiful, beds and bathrooms are clean, great atmosphere. But above all, we met so many wonderful people with whom we had unforgettable moments. We had such a good time that we decided to gift our guitar, signed by us, to the hostel. I will definitely return!

They have so many possible activitiesthat its like arcade inside a hostel! And the breakfast was so so good! Oatmeal with chia seeds in a hostel that is wild! The hostel is experience on its own not just place to sleep

It was my first time travelling solo and staying in a dorm. What a surprise... Wonderful experience. I felt really secure although i wasn't sure about my choice for a mixed dorm, the staff was really helpfull and friendly, and loved the energie and decor of the comon spaces. And really nice breakfast! Overall Amazing Experience!

I have been travelling for a while (10 years) and I can honestly say that this is by far the best hostel I have stayed. From arriving to the hostel and having a cat receptionist, to the facilities and volunteers/staff. And beyond that also the vibe of the guests was really cool! I originally planned to stay for 2 days but instead changed to 18 days! The hostel includes a pool table, ping pong table, trampoline and a few longboards (they were not owned by the hostel but from volunteers but they were ok with people just doing some laps). The internet connection was actually really good which is important to take into account if you are working remotely; it also has a fully equipped kitchen so it’s easy to fell at home. The location is great, close to the beach and supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl; Continente is a little bit further away but still walking distance). The breakfast is very good, coffee, tea, juice, milk (plan-tbased too!). Bread, veggies, oats, cereals, jams, butter (no margarin or vegan alternative, but ok…), Nutella like spread(or real one, no idea because I don’t eat that) and fruits! So, to sum up: Just go there!

Cool relaxed atmosphere in spacious former bp petrol hall, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, many nice corners and space to chill out or work, central location close to main busstation, perfect spot to combine surfing and Atlantic Beach experience
