Die Dusche ohne Abtrennung, so dass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad nass und die Rutschgefahr groß war. Es gab nur Seife, kein Shampoo. Die Klimaanlage war ohne Fernbedienung. Das Frühstücksbuffet bescheiden.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, sowas stört mich normalerweise nicht, aber das Bad war wirklich eine Zumutung, dreckig, defekte Brause, das Bad war so alt wie das Hotel und wurde noch nie erneuert. Am dritten Tag kam aus dem Hahn die ersten 2 Minuten kein klares, sondern schwarzes Wasser, am letzten Tag, war das Hotel auch über uns bewohnt, dann hat es sogar von der Decke getropft, wann über uns geduscht wurde! Poolbereich in ordentlichem Zustand, Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, aber bemüht führt nicht zwangsläufig zu einem gutem Ergebnis. Es fehlt an einer entsprechenden Führung. Frühstück war ok, leider war das Personal nicht immer in der Lage die warmen Speisen wie Eier und Reis auch bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit warmzuhalten. Wir haben für das Zimmer 26€ pro Nacht bezahlt, Preis/Leistung wäre bei 10€ ok gewesen, so aber nicht.

Ein Mitarbeiter im Nachtschalterdienst nutzt seine Emotionen, um Kunden zu verziehen, weil sie eine Steuerrechnung verlangen. Die Qualität des Zimmers ist gut, das Bett ist ok, das Badezimmer ist nicht sehr sauber. Frühstück Der Morgen war etwas voll, aber das Personal im Restaurant bot einen guten Service.

It's alright for the price. It's a bit close to a busy road so there's some noise from the traffic. The Indian and Turkish neighborhoods are nearby so there are some nice restaurants. The pool is alright and the breakfast is decent. The beach is a 20-30 minute walk away, but you can get a motorcycle taxi for 60 BHT. It's kinda of a 'you get what you pay for' situation.

Room A601 is great. Around 800 baht with breakfast included. The staff ate very friendly and helpful. There is underground parking. It’s a quiet area. A great market next to the hotel with amazing food also.

The overall look of the hotel for outside was okay.The check-in & check-out process was smooth. The rooms were a bit old.The bath tub was stained.It was not bad for it's price which was including the breakfast. However, won't be selecting it again if have got an opportunity.

Easily my favourite place to stay in Pattaya. The rooms are spacious and the staff are the most welcoming and accommodating. The location is great and just minutes away from everything you want to do. Highly recommended

The hotel is very poor in cleanness. Very Old furniture and no basic amenities have been provided by default. We have to request at reception for towel or water etc and need to carry ourself. Reception staff also not response for single connect we have to follow up several times to get the basic things available in room. Brakefast is worst ever. I strongly recommend no one to stay in this hotel to being happy during your holidays. May be trip.com can remove form the search list

Overall is acceptable after compare with the price for room. The reception staff especially at night time is unfriendly. She just wants her job done and doesn’t even care the guest questions. The manager have to look into it. The room cleanliness and housekeeping are perfect and above expectation. Location is nearby the local market which you can walk 1 minutes to buy food

The location is not what was shown on the website and the rating is not correct. It says it is a 4 Star Hotel but it is no way near. I will rate it as a 2 stars

Bad place to stay very old building first room.i went in walked in room and floor tiles cracked then moved me new room and air-conditioning unit broke
