Es liegt eher am Zimmer. Das Bett ist schrecklich, geben Sie uns einen schlechten Rücken und zu klein. Ich habe eine Executive Lounge gebucht, bin aber sehr enttäuscht. Überall Staub. Der Feueralarm geht immer wieder los. Ich bin froh, dass wir nur für zwei Nächte buchen, da wir das Zimmer nicht mehr nehmen können.

Quite a grand room for a cheap price right in the heart of the city, great stop off point for the night if exploring around Liverpool for a couple of days

This is an old grand hotel. Great location an easy walk to many popular destinations. The room is huge with high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. Please know that this hotel is huge and you literally have to walk around the halls to find an elevator. The furniture in the rooms needs some updating and the flooring in front of the elevators on each floor desperately needs renovation but this property overall is a good value.

Unfortunately, didn't like the hotel at all. Rooms are unclean and dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned for years. The building is very old and most of the stuff is rusty and broken. Doors, windows and bathrooms were in moisture. Strange smell of mixed moisture and something else.Totally disliked this hotel and won't stay here any more. Just have to note the location is really nice and just in center. That was the only reason why we decided to stay just one night.

Took the wife as a suprise the location is fantastic unfortunately the hotel doesn't look anything like the photos anymore it's very rundown and tired looking. We ended up getting a refund and stayed elsewhere 😔

On arrival which was 1 hour before check-in sorted my parking and was able to check in also. As room was ready. Room for what I paid for was ok. Room facilities good ie iron, hair dryer, kettle, tea & coffee. The hotel itself was a great building. The mattreess I found hard as you could feel the springs. On the early hours of the morning you could hear people and doors closing. Brilliant location close to all amenities so I might stay there again.

For me this was excellent value for money to stay on a match day. The room was huge and I do like the old traditional look of the rooms with a huge bathroom along with substantial tea and coffee facilities. It is right in the city centre and although I couldn't check in early they were able to store my luggage securely while I wanderd around the great city

Excellent location, huge room, very good breakfast. I got this hotel with discounts price 45 quid. If I have to say something for improvement, that would be the service! Btw, the bathroom is good.

The staff was very helpful, and breakfast could be more continental. The location is brilliant. It seems in the past it was a very luxurious hotel. Need some decoration in rooms, like painting.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Liverpool just a 5 minute walk from the station. Everything was clean and we had a nice cozy room. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. We paid £25 for breakfast for two late check out at 1pm and WiFi codes for the both of us, I would say it was definitely worth it. Would recommend for the price.

Was a bit worried after reading previous reviews but booked as it was the cheapest and nearest to Lime Street Was very impressed with the building but did need a lot of updating to bring it back to its former glory The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean but the furniture let it down and the beds had cheap mattresses on them but for the price it was great for one night The bars were well run and the food was very reasonable and a credit to the chefs
