Es liegt eher am Zimmer. Das Bett ist schrecklich, geben Sie uns einen schlechten Rücken und zu klein. Ich habe eine Executive Lounge gebucht, bin aber sehr enttäuscht. Überall Staub. Der Feueralarm geht immer wieder los. Ich bin froh, dass wir nur für zwei Nächte buchen, da wir das Zimmer nicht mehr nehmen können.

We love this hotel. it's central. It could do with some updating in the bathrooms, & some of the mattresses but overall, it's good. The building is beautiful & full of history...

Budget friendly place to stay in central location.

Quite a grand room for a cheap price right in the heart of the city, great stop off point for the night if exploring around Liverpool for a couple of days

Hotel was good all we needed for our stay our room was clean with plenty of storage,and with a lovely new Bathroom, Breckfast was ok buffet type easy to make up a full English yum yum.

The hotel needs some updating, no sockets near the beds, on the other side of the room. Bathroom a fair size but the long window had no blind or frosted film, so when the light was on, you felt like you was in full view using the toilet or shower, especially on the first floor.Staff didn't appear friendly,. Lifts took forever. It would go to the very top floor, and then it was mostly full on the way down. Another lift was out of order. Not sure if I would stop again.

I'm sure it was good at some time in the past but now it is very run down. The corridors look like the hotel in the Shining. The staff were completely useless.

This is an old grand hotel. Great location an easy walk to many popular destinations. The room is huge with high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. Please know that this hotel is huge and you literally have to walk around the halls to find an elevator. The furniture in the rooms needs some updating and the flooring in front of the elevators on each floor desperately needs renovation but this property overall is a good value.

With its large rooms and high ceilings you could tell this hotel once was very grand place to stay but it is now rather dated and not the cleanest. However, it did the job for a night’s sleep following watching Liverpool win 2-0 against Villa 🎉 and was really a handy location because it is just around the corner from Liverpool Lime Street Station.

Great to have free facility to drop off luggage on arrival and departure and staff service was really lovely. Initial room was not great and right next to lift shaft (room 302) and very small. After 1st night we asked to change and we're given a much better room which we probably should have had in the first place and this was great! Loads of space,tea and coffee facilities and much more fitting for the price paid.
