Englisch ist hier eine Fremdsprache und Taxis werden leider nur überteuert angeboten vom Hotel. Der Service war in jedem Hotel besser als in diesem jedoch war das hotel an sich einwandfrei und Frühstück ebenfalls sehr lecker!

Preis / Leistung ok.

Übernachtung vor dem Rückflug nach Bangkok. Einige kleine Restaurants in der Nähe und direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück war recht anständig und das Hotel war hilfsbereit, als es ein Auto zum Flughafen organisierte, allerdings teuer.

2nd time staying and as it was just 1 night we took standard studio, whuch had comfy beds, obviously not as good as bungalow, but perfecct for 1 night. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

We stayed for 3 nights. The service was good - we requested for new towels after a swim and it was delivered to the room within 5 minutes. There were also ample facilities such as parking space, a swimming pool and pool table. Breakfast tasted good too, with minor variations every morning. More variation could be introduced.

Clean hotel, close to the beach, good breakfast, but some wet in the rooms, very old deck near pool.

We stayed at this hotel overnight to catch a flight to Bangkok. The team was responsive via Facebook when I contacted them in advance to book a taxi to pick us up at the pier, returning from Koh Tao. The taxi driver was very nice and patient—she waited for us as the ferry was delayed and even helped us ordering food via phone before the kitchen was closed. When we got to the hotel, around 10 pm at night, we learned all transfers to the airport in the morning were booked, and the couple of other taxi companies they know were already closed for the day. Grab does not work in this area, so it was nearly impossible to get to the airport first thing in the morning. After much begging, someone in the hotel agreed to drive us very early in the morning, before the first client they have booked (to catch our same flight). We ended up getting to the airport almost 3 hours earlier, but we had no other option. I recommend that if you are using this hotel for catching the 9:00 am Air Asia Flight to Bangkok, book the airport transfer in advance as is a small town with not many taxi options. The front desk staff was really trying to help, and they accommodated our food requests nicely (late dinner and pack breakfast boxes in the morning). The room was very spacious, not very clean (sandy and semi wet floor, hairs on the tub, the table had stains…). We couldn’t use any of the facilities as we checked-in late at night and left before sunrise.

Enjoy my stay at Nana beach hotel. Spacious room with sea view. The beach just in front of the hotel. Nice swimming pool.

The hotel is in a great location, only 3 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach (Tung Wua Lan).The beach is so natural, peaceful, and clean. The room is large and comfortable. The swimming pool is marvelous. Breakfast is superb!  I recommend it for a family vacation.
