Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und keine Bitte um Hilfe war für sie ein Problem. Schneller Zimmerservice und das Essen war großartig! Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums und von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. 👊👏🤩👍👌🏻

Room was nice and big, spacious. The big work/office table was beside the window with a nice view of Exquandra Tower. Hotel was close to Metro Tent Convention center where we had a conference for 3days. Hotel is in a very convenient location. Serenitea and Lawson and Uncle John’s on ground floor. Thank you! it was a good peaceful stay ;)

Der Raum bietet ausreichend Platz, die Innenbeleuchtung ist jedoch etwas unzureichend und dunkel. Die 4/F des Hotels führt zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Restaurantmöglichkeiten, was sehr praktisch ist. Für diejenigen, die Massagen lieben, gibt es im 3/F des Einkaufszentrums einen authentischen Thai-Massageladen, also probieren Sie es aus!

I’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy. However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process. While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.
