Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and very accommodating to our request. Whole check in and check out process was a breeze. The hotel itself is just in front of Podium and 3-5mins walk to SM Megamall so everything was accessible. The hotel even gave us a treat, a delicious slice of cheesecake because we’re celebrating our monthsary. My partner and I appreciate that kind gesture.

Die 4/F des Hotels führt zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Restaurantmöglichkeiten, was sehr praktisch ist. Für diejenigen, die Massagen lieben, gibt es im 3/F des Einkaufszentrums einen authentischen Thai-Massageladen, also probieren Sie es aus!

Ich habe es mehrmals genutzt, da es eine gute Lage hat. . Auch das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich. Auch bei Problemen wird umgehend reagiert. Dieses Mal war ich überrascht, als die Haushälterin die Tür aufschloss und ohne meine Erlaubnis hereinkam und sagte: „Ich möchte nach dem Tee sehen.“ Ansonsten gab es keine Probleme. Ich würde es auch gerne nutzen, wenn ich die Möglichkeit dazu habe.

Das Hotel war sauber und elegant. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf dem Dach war nachts auch atemberaubend. Als wir kamen, waren nur meine Kinder und ich am Pool; es fühlte sich so privat an. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war ebenso gut wie der Service. Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu Hause.

the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs arrive fm T1 at 6.15pm -car waiting n get into the car to the hotel when arrive the hotel 8.10pm---2 hrs in the bad traffic so this hotel location really very bad traffic condition Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting

Der Geruch, wenn Sie aus dem Aufzug ins Zimmer steigen, erinnert an Holz und Antiquitäten. 😅 Erwarten Sie keine 5-Sterne-Qualität bei den Annehmlichkeiten, denn dieses Hotel ist nicht neu, aber ich gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe. Ich war schon einmal im Richmonde Eastwood, also habe ich mehr vom Frühstücksbuffet erwartet, besonders an einem Sonntagmorgen. Ich war dort ein wenig enttäuscht, aber insgesamt war die Erfahrung zufriedenstellend. Oh, die Kissen sind für meinen Geschmack zu weich.

The carpet was dirty, leaving our feet dusty, and only one pair of hotel slippers was provided. The trash bin still had wrappers from the previous guest, and there were hairs in the bathtub, which was very disappointing. I booked a room for four people, but only two chairs were provided at the dining table. I also had to correct the staff about the breakfast buffet being included in our booking, as it seemed they weren’t aware. On the positive side, we were given a corner room, which was great because it was spacious and perfect for us since we had kids with us. However, these cleanliness and service issues affected our overall experience.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist sehr zu empfehlen, sogar das Essen zum Frühstück ist köstlich 🤤 Das nächste Mal werde ich das Jinjang Inn als meine Unterkunft wählen.
