clean room good for family so sad the pool is under maintenance when we booked but surely will booked again.

Our stay at Victoria Hillcrest Hotel was very pleasant. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway.

The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, da es in der Nähe von Kapitolyo und dem PIA-Gebäude liegt, die Sauberkeit ist auch hervorragend! Aber der Service ist nur in Ordnung, weil die Rezeptionistin damals zu erschöpft wirkte und kein Lächeln schenkte. Es gab auch keine Toilettenartikel im Bad, Becher/Tasse, Teller/Löffel und Gabel, muss man anfordern, aber sie sind kostenlos. Der Wasserhahn im Waschbecken war kaputt, es gab kein Bidet, die Kopfbrause ist auch kaputt, sie funktioniert, aber das Wasser läuft überall hin. Der Fernseher war defekt, ich konnte keine Fernsehsendung sehen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass Sadako wegen des Bildschirms aus dem Bildschirm kommen würde!

Ang bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.😊
