had a good stay overall! the room and all amenities were clean, love that the gym is 24/7 too! service was great too where every staff member was observant, welcoming and polite, really appreciated that the housekeeping staff noticed i had asked for extra bottles of water beforehand and gave me extra without me having to request! visited for business so cannot comment on whether the location is good for leisure travels, but the nearest malls were about a 10min walk away. overall would definitely return.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Aber ich hoffe, der Essensservice (à la carte) ist viel, viel, viel schneller. Wir mussten 45 Minuten auf eine einfache Bestellung warten :(

Deliberate attempt by the hotel to mislead guests by using the same photos of different room types for all their rooms. Appreciate the upgrade but left a bad taste at how it was eventually done. Housekeeping is poor as they either leave my clothes on the phone, did not change the soiled bedsheet, or failed to top up the tea. Read many reviews about the limited breakfast which is true, so I wanted to book room without breakfast but there's no option for it. Again you can see how deliberate the hotel is in their attempt to cover up. The positives are a comfortable bed and constant shower temperature/pressure.

Front Desk, Restaurant, Zimmerservicepersonal sind alle lächelnd und freundlich. Ich würde einige Mitarbeiter von Hauswartung und Ingenieur sowie die Sie begrüßen würden, wenn sie Sie sehen. Die Menschen sind wirklich das Geschmack des Hotels. Ich bin mir nur beunruhigt, dass niemand unser Zimmer serviert hat. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, warum, obwohl es ein Rück-zu-Rück-Stadt ist, niemand ging in oder geschnappt, um zu prüfen, ob wir Make-up-Service brauchen oder zumindest den Schmutz zu werfen. Im Allgemeinen war es immer noch ein großer Aufenthalt und ich würde sicher zurückkehren.

Für: Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Malls und Komfortgeschäften. Das Personal ist nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Bett ist komfortabel, das Klimaanlage ist cool und die Dusche haben ausreichenden Druck. Kons: Für ein neues Hotel zeigen die Möbel, Paneele und Wände bereits Trauer und Tränen. Einige Paneele und Fliesen zeigen Zeichen von beschleunigten Arbeiten. Baugeräusche sind laut und ich wurde nicht vorher angekündigt. Die Zimmertür ist irritierend schwer zu öffnen. Aufzüge fehlen Kartendetektoren auf beiden Seiten; die Layouts sind verwirrend. Sicherheitspersonal ist nett, aber sie machen zu viel von meinen Sachen frisch, und das Ein-/Ausreise-Layout ist auch verwirrend. Die Lobby ist zu klein. Es fehlt an Einrichtungen, nur ein Fitnessraum ist für Freizeitaktivitäten verfügbar. Insgesamt, durchschnittliches Aufenthalt mit viel Raum für Verbesserung.

MUR requests need to be made with the fromt desk. Extra towels and/or dental kits (outside of declared number of guests) incur additional charges - the front desk tried to charge me outright without even asking fo context regarding my request (there were no dental kits in our room hasn’t even been made up yet.) Housekeeping is not 24/7. Verify their policies and clarify your expectations upon check in. The bathroom in our unit wasn’t draining water properly outside of the shower area so there was always a puddle of water in front of the toilet and sink area. The spaces are from serviced apartment models which feature very outdated interiors and fit-out (the TVs aren’t even smart TVs yet, but you can cook in the units wherein an electric stove and a microwave, plus a couple of pots, pans, and plates are provided). The fridge is full-sized. The breakfast buffet is very basic, but the dining staff members were very accommodating and truly do the best job they can with what’s provided. Good location because it is in the center of Ortigas CBD. If you are just looking for a decent place to rest your head after a day out in the area, this property offers good value for the money. Good for groups for as long as you avail the appropriate room type. The spaces come from a time wherein floor plans for condos were not stingy on space. If you expect top-notch service, there are better options elsewhere.

I have been to this property multiple times since 2022 and the receptionists are all friendly. First time to book in trip.com for the stay for my friends.

Ang bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.😊
