This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

Das Hotel gefällt mir gut, die Lage war perfekt - viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe und die Sehenswürdigkeiten ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Weniger gefallen hat mir, dass zwar Empfangspersonal vor Ort war, aber einbuchen musste ich im Hotel trotzdem online. Da fehlt es mir an Kundenservice - aber das scheint ja leider immer normaler zu werden.

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war sauber. Nur das Problem war das Parken. Sie konnten den Minivan wegen seiner Größe nicht für ihren Stiefvaterparkplatz einstellen. Es war schwer, auf den Straßen einen Wochennachtpark zu finden. Anderes als das alles war perfekt. (Familie von vier, ein Kind mit Behinderung)

Everything is good but the front desk staff was missing my order that charge me wrong amount of security deposit, however location is really convenient.

Отключить её нельзя, поэтому все ночи были большим испытанием. Так же в коридоре в 5 утра все время было шумно из-за уборки мусора.

The location was close to the stadiums, about a mile and change walk through a neighborhood surrounded by a local park.

Great location near a lot of walkable attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. A lot of nearby bus and SEPTA stations so getting around the city is a breeze. The hotel and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that since it's the city center you'll occasionally hear honking or loud music from passing cars even late at night.

Das Hotel war nicht bis zum Snuff. Es gab eine Art Sportteam dort, und nur 2 Aufzüge, so wartete eine Linie auf den Aufzug. Es gab auch nur eine Person am Büro, also, wieder, eine lange Warte auf die Eincheckung. Als ich sagte: ”Gee du wirklich hier Hilfe brauchtest,” sagte die Frau: ”Nein, ich bin okay. Ich habe drei Kinder, ich kann das behandeln!” (Nun, es war nicht Sie, ich war mir Sorgen um, Lady!) Auch, der Parkpreis $25, sonst können Sie auf der Straße parken (Absolut keine Räume!) Oder gehen Sie die Straße zu einem bezahlten Teil. Das Zimmer war ausreichend, der Ort war sauber, aber es war definitiv nicht den hohen Preis wert.
