Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Interstate 95 und bietet einen teilweisen Flussblick (ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht). Ich hatte Bedenken, nachts vom Verkehrslärm geweckt zu werden, aber es war tatsächlich kein Problem, vor allem mit der Klimaanlage und dem sanften Rauschen; ich habe tief und fest geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet einige warme Gerichte – ein typisch amerikanisches Frühstück, klein, aber lecker. Bitte denken Sie daran, Ihre eigene Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta mitzubringen, da diese nicht bereitgestellt werden.

The longer we stayed the lesser the points became. When we checked in, at first glance everything was 5 stars. WiFi and location are definitely 10/10 for me. My first issue was with the refrigerator not working, I lowered the temp to the lowest possible setting but nothing changed and I notified the front desk and they said they would send someone to check within an hour and that person never showed up I’m not sure if they came while we were out but when we came back the refrigerator was still warm. This issue was never fixed up to the day we checked out. It was very disappointing as I had baby food that needed to be refrigerated. The blinds in the bedroom do not block out any light at all and our room was opposite a parking lot which head very bright lights all night long it was so hard to fall asleep I hope the property can have better curtains or blinds. Secondly, I’m not sure if I missed it somewhere about them not offering house keeping, at least there’s a washer and dryer so I just washed the towels on my own. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to refresh the rooms or even add more toilet paper or garbage bags. The floors were visibly dirty and dusty like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. The 9th floor common area was so filthy, the toilet was so dirty and smelly, the couch was so dirty I couldn’t even sit on it. The central cooling/heating system makes a strange long noise every now and then and it kept waking up my child. I could find any way to turn it off and that was very frustrating.

Отключить её нельзя, поэтому все ночи были большим испытанием. Так же в коридоре в 5 утра все время было шумно из-за уборки мусора.

Die Lage war großartig! Die Zielsetzung dient!! Ich liebe diesen Ort, wegen der Lage, in der Nähe des Sportkomplexes. Es ist neu, und sehr sauber, auch. Würde sehr empfehlen!!

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind recht neu und gepflegt und bieten eine komfortable und moderne Atmosphäre. Der Service ist exzellent; die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück mit seiner köstlichen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Zudem bietet das Hotel eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung – ein großer Vorteil für Gäste, die die Umgebung unbeschwert erkunden möchten. Insgesamt hatte ich einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen angenehmen Urlaub verbringen möchte!

I found this place for my trip to Philadelphia for the MLB All-Star Game. It was located on the 2nd floor of the building. Accessible by staircase upon entering. It was a great little spot, two full size bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The surrounding area was a little sketchy, but people seemed to mind their business, so I never had any issues. I do wish there were grocery stores nearby. Had to go downtown to find food to stock up the fridge. They communicated with me as needed, and I checked out with no issues. Thank you for making my trip to Philly a great one!

That one hotel was fine in services and had all needful amenities. I just wasn't happy that windows led to a back of hotel's signage, in a place where people can come out and walk, and one staff's worker should know about Elfreth's Alley and other one lady, who probably Russian and she took my keys, could be more welcome and doesn't repeat just said information.

The sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable.

Das Zimmer war schön trotz geringfügiger Schäden, für die ich mich Sorgen gemacht hatte. Der Pool wurde wegen der Wartung geschlossen, aber der Herr in der Kontrolle sagte, es war für Wochen geschlossen und es waren nur 2 Aufzüge für die 5 Etagen des Gebäudes, die mich dazu veranlasst, mein Kind auf und runter die Treppen in der Wanderung zuweilen zu nehmen. . Das Frühstück war sehr unorganisiert und sie liefen innerhalb von 1.5 Stunden aus Platten und Werkzeuge in Frühstücksdienstzeiten. Keine Management-Gebühr oder Initiative genommen. Ehrlich gesagt, würde ich nicht besonders für Familien mit Babys empfehlen. Rufen Sie sicher, dass Sie Zugang zu Einrichtungen haben, bevor Sie bleiben.
