Villa V completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt stylish, modern, and very premium. The whole property is beautifully designed, and the rooms are brand new, spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It honestly feels much more like a five-star hotel experience than a typical stay in El Nido. The rooftop swimming pool is definitely one of the biggest highlights. The view is amazing, especially around sunset, and the whole rooftop area has such a relaxing luxury-resort atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind after spending the day exploring El Nido. The location is also excellent and very convenient for getting around, while the property itself still feels peaceful and private. What really made our stay special was the hospitality. Rio, the manager, was absolutely top-notch and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. He was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the team was equally friendly and professional, and you can really feel that they care about giving guests a great experience. Beautiful rooms, an amazing rooftop pool, great location, and outstanding service. Villa V easily feels like one of the best new places to stay in El Nido. We had such a great experience and would definitely come back again.

This place is truly a little corner of paradise. It’s almost impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and how special this place is. The owners — an Englishman and a Filipina — are the perfect mix of warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. They genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and are happy to accommodate almost any request, always in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is quiet, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything you might need is provided — right down to shower gel and a toothbrush. The hotel is still relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. There are free SUP boards for guests, and you can also rent a scooter from the hotel if you feel like exploring El Nido for the day. And then there’s the food… that deserves a review of its own! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. You can order fresh seafood, or even buy it yourself and have the team prepare it for you. My husband loves grilling, so we arranged to get some meat and had our own little BBQ evening. One of the staff members was genuinely excited to help and learn how it’s done — such a small moment, but incredibly warm and touching. My husband also wanted to go fishing, and the local fishermen were happy to take him along. Unfortunately, we simply didn’t have enough time during our stay, but knowing that such experiences were so easily arranged made the place feel even more special. That’s the beauty of a small boutique hotel like this. Unlike huge resorts, they can actually respond to the individual wishes of their guests and make you feel personally cared for. At the same time, there is absolutely no pressure to socialize. Everything is beautifully balanced: if you want to chat, there’s always someone happy to talk to; if you want privacy, you’ll have complete peace and seclusion. It truly feels like your own little paradise. If we ever return to El Nido, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the whole team for such a memorable stay. Wir bekamen eine wunderschöne Suite mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Seda Lio verfügt über einen schönen großen Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen. Am Strand gibt es auch Sonnenliegen und Wassersportartikel können Sie kostenlos ausleihen. Das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass es am Pool nur sehr wenige Sonnenliegen gibt.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von El Nido, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, der Strand ist in der Nähe, aber der Zugang zum Wasser ist flach. Es gibt fast kein Territorium, der Pool ist mit einer Art Plane abgedeckt, es sieht schlimmer aus als auf dem Foto. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, aber eintönig, die Auswahl eines Komplexes aus der Speisekarte. Wenn Sie mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sind, können Sie andere Hotels in der Umgebung zum gleichen Preis suchen.

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

The property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide. The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science. Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

Sehr schöne Lage mit erstaunlicher Sonnenuntergang. Das glamping Hotel ist neu und sie bauen es noch ab, so dass es einige Probleme sowohl mit den Zimmern (Zimmerverriegelung ohne richtige Karte, aber ein sehr harter und seltsamer Schlüssel, unstable Bad-Faucet und heißes Wasser in der Dusche mit einem sehr ungewöhnlichen Kontrollsystem) und das Personal, das mehrfach gefragt hat, ob wir das Zimmer bereits mit Trip bezahlt und um Zahlungsnachweise gebeten haben. Andererseits ist es eine angenehme Wahl für die schöne Lage und den Dekorationsstil. Das Angebot bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice für die Stadt, aber Sie müssen einige Zeit normal warten. Alternativ, wenn Sie zurück zum Hotel kommen, werden Sie Ihren Spaziergang bis zu einem wenig steigenden Weg brauchen, weil der Tuck Tuck nicht in der Lage, die ganze Straße auf, aber es ist nicht zu schlecht) Sie nehmen auch ein kostenloses Handtuch, das Sie mit Ihnen zu anderen Stränden bringen können. Wir hatten uns leider deutlich mehr erhofft. Wie bereits einigen Bewertungen zu entnehmen ist, ist das Standardzimmer extrem feucht und muffig. Unsere Klamotten und selbst das Bett waren permanent feucht und das Zimmer war recht dunkel. Das Fenster war zum Gang hin, wo Leute vorbeigegangen sind. Daher konnten wir es nicht öffnen oder die Gardinen für mehr Licht öffnen. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließen auch zu Wünschen übrig, insbesondere im Badezimmer. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns das Servicepersonal, was überall sehr freundlich war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, war aber sehr eintönig vor allem, wenn man sich vegetarisch ernährt. Das Restaurant ist verhältnismäßig sehr hochpreisig und hatte das vegetarische Gericht nicht auf Lager. Wir sind dann in die Stadt gefahren und haben dort für deutlich weniger Geld sehr gut essen können. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nah am Flughafen. Sollte man nicht vorhaben einen Roller zu mieten, empfiehlt sich die Lage nicht. Man ist jedoch in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Lio Beach. In die Stadt kommt man zu Fuß nicht. Da ist man auf das Shuttle angewiesen. Wenn man morgens den Shuttle um 8 Uhr in die Stadt verpasst, fährt der nächste erst um 4:30 Uhr nachmittags. Die Zeiten empfanden wir eher als ungünstig und hätten uns mehr Fahrten erhofft. Wir mussten dann regelmäßig ein Tuk-Tuk nehmen, was je Fahrt 300 Pesos gekostet hat.
