The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage.

Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Aber bemerkt, dass sie nicht Bananen serviert. Personal schaut auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste. 2. Haben Sie große Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Auch in der Nähe des CJH Konferenzbereichs. 3. Hat einen großen Parkplatz und einen schönen Garten plus heißen Pool. Dieses Hotel braucht jedoch auch Verbesserungen in folgenden Bereichen: 1. Front Desk sieht aus, als ob sie nicht koordiniert sind. Für drei Nächte über Agoda und Trip.com getrennt reserviert und informiert das Hotel über diese Regelung. Nach unserer ersten Nacht fragte uns Front Desk jedoch, ob wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängern. Schlimmstens haben sie unsere Schlüsselkarten deaktiviert, so dass wir wieder nach unten gehen müssen, um sie wieder aktiviert zu haben, was zu Unannehmlichkeiten führte. 2. Das Toilette hat einen fehlenden Geruch so genannte Hauspflege, die einige Zeit zu besuchen dauerte. Sie sagten uns, was zu tun, um den fehlenden Geruch zu vermeiden, aber einige unbehagliche Geruch blieb so berichtete das an den Teamleiter, der ihre Ingenieur zu prüfen. Das Hotelpersonal hat uns gesagt, dass sie zurückkommen werden, aber nie. So war das Problem nicht gelöst. 3. Anfrage für eine späte Auscheckung seit unsere Reise nach Manila noch um 2.00 Uhr. Allerdings kann das Front Desk nicht arbeiten und sagte, wird die Genehmigung erforderlich. Wir haben nachgefolgt und keine positive Rückmeldung. Allerdings dank der großen Mitarbeiter.

We had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

Ich habe in Azalea Residences Baguio geblieben und leider war meine Erfahrung enttäuschend, trotz der guten und bequemen Lage des Hotels in Baguio. Die erste Frage geschah während der Eincheckung. Ich wurde zunächst ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das noch nicht bereit war. Ich ging nur auf, um zu sehen, dass das Zimmer noch bereit ist. Ich ging zurück zum Vordertisch, und hoffte, sie würden mir sofort ein anderes Zimmer geben. Stattdessen wurde mir gesagt, dass das Zimmer bereit war, aber nur von einem Aufsichtsbeamten geprüft werden musste. Da es Zeit dauerte, beschloss ich, einfach rauszugehen und zu Mittag zu essen. Als ich zurückkam, gab es mir endlich ein anderes Zimmer, das ehrlich gesagt von Anfang an getan hätte. Als ich endlich ins Zimmer kam, war die Sauberkeit fragwürdig. Es gab eine Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank, die wahrscheinlich dem vorherigen Gast gehörte, und es waren Schuhmarken auf den Fliesen sichtbar, so dass es fühlt, als ob das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt worden war. Das größte Problem für mich war das Wi-Fi. Zuverlässiges Internet ist heute schon eine Notwendigkeit. Obwohl die Hauptverbindung stark sein könnte, scheint der Signalverlänger oder Booster im Zimmer sehr schwach, was häufige Abschaltungen verursacht. Das Mobilfunksignal im Zimmer ist auch schlecht, so dass die Gäste stark auf Wi-Fi vertrauen. Die Verbesserung der Wi-Fi-Abdeckung würde den Aufenthalt erheblich verbessern. In Bezug auf den Preis ist das Hotel um die durchschnittliche Reichweite für Unterkünfte in Baguionicht besonders günstig, aber auch nicht luxuriös. Angesichts der Probleme, die ich erlebt habe, gibt es viele Airbnb Optionen und andere Hotels in Baguio, die einen besseren Preis bieten können. Die Lage ist sicherlich ein Plus, aber der Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen nicht den Erwartungen entsprach.

hotel was top notch in providing quality room. the room they gave was according to our preferences and i love the view in the morning and rain. only comment would be there is no initiative from the staff to help you. it was raining hard and we had lots of bags to carry but no one helped us tho there were lots of staff in the desk and lobby. ending was we got wet from the rain. although it is not included in their job but it would have been better if the staff make you feel they care for you.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
