Wunderbar
MMiss PKUnser Aufenthalt in der Forest Lodge im Camp John Hay war wirklich sehr angenehm. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und erfrischend, umgeben von Pinien und kühler Bergluft. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und sorgten dafür, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos und angenehm verlief.
Dank der Lage innerhalb des Camp John Hay konnten wir die nahegelegenen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erkunden und gleichzeitig die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbares Erlebnis, und wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Baguio sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten.

SSolamia AñascoDas war unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Travelite Legarda. Wir gehen in der Regel jeden Januar nach Baguio. Während unseres vorherigen Besuchs haben wir im Travelite Express Hotel in der Nähe von Burnham Park geblieben, und im folgenden Jahr haben wir beschlossen, Travelite Legarda zu versuchen. Das ist jetzt unser zweites Aufenthaltsverhältnis.
Wir nahmen zunächst in Zimmer 321 ein und bemerkten, dass es kein warmes Wasser in dem Zimmer gab. Ich bat um Hilfe vom Vordertisch, weil das warme Wasser wirklich wichtig ist, vor allem da Baguio sehr kalt ist. FO Ericka und HK Arnold halfen uns in ein anderes Zimmer mit heißem Wasser, Zimmer 309.
Um 9:32 Uhr hatten wir bereits in das neue Zimmer übertragen. Da das heiße Wasser funktionierte, begann ich mit einer Dusche. Nach ein paar Minuten öffneten uns plötzlich zwei männliche Gäste unser Zimmer, was uns schockierte, weil sie das Zimmer zugreifen konnten. Die beiden Gäste sagten, dass das Frontbüro ihnen auch Zimmer 309 zugewiesen hatte.
Nachdem ich meine Dusche beendete, wartete ich auf jedes Personal oder Personal des Frontbüros zu kommen, zu schlagen, oder zumindest zu entschuldigen, was passiert istaber niemand kam. Ich war wirklich schockiert und enttäuscht.
Ich arbeite auch in der Hotelindustrie, so dass ich verstehe, dass Fehler passieren können, aber diese Situation war eindeutig eine ernste Fahrlässigkeit. Zumindest hätte dem Gast eine Entschuldigung gegeben werden müssen. Ich weiß nicht, ob das Personal beschäftigt oder unwissend war, aber diese Erfahrung war für keine Gäste gut.
Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorfall in Zukunft nicht wieder auf andere Gäste geschieht.

GGastnutzerEin gemütliches Hotel, die Zimmer sind sauber, die Hausaufbewahrung ist gut, die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant sind sehr lokal und ungeschmacklich, es gibt eine Eierküche am Frühstück, Aber Sie müssen sehr lange warten, es gibt Waffeln, aber aus irgendeinem Grund sind sie im Inneren unterkocht. Das Toilette im Kaffee ist auch seltsam, es ist sauber, aber auch der Toilettensitz ist nicht in den Frauen.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

IiamrichinitaDas Frühstück ist gut für den Preis, es gibt Tage, dass das Menü besser ist. Aber im Allgemeinen ist es akzeptabel. Es gibt nur einige Fragen in Bezug auf die Antwortzeit des Personals, wenn Anfragen nicht sofort beantwortet wurden. Der Weg zum Hotel ist auch unter reparation, dass’s kinda hassle. There’s no lift connected directly to the flows so you have to take the stairs 😅

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

CChrish_OGThe family room #2 that we got is super spacious!! Its bigger than my actual house. The location is quite good, a lot of taxis drive by the area. You just have to walk uphill to the hotel (if you are walking from Burnham Park) and downhill to get to the main road. The breakfast meal was ok. They will ask your preferred breakfast a day before, and in the morning, they will knock on your door to ask what time you would like to eat. The comfort room is also big, and the hot shower is thankfully working very well. There is also a walk in closet spacious enough for your luggage. The staffs were very nice and accommodating. But… Of course there were downsides during our stay. First, when we entered the room, the room hits your nose with a very slight hint of cat pee. For cat owners, you know the smell when your cat pees on your carpet or curtain? And it was not cleaned right away? I guess a stray cat got inside the room and marked it, or delivered a litter of kittens. Since its a very subtle smell of cat pee, the smell kinda disappears… or my brain just forgets the smell. 🤣 another thing is that there is a separate room for the 2 single beds. We ended up sleeping altogether on the double bed because none of us wants to sleep in the other room. The double bed was a little to firm for our liking. The check out time is too early, which is 11:30am-no extensions. We ended up checking out at 8am (since we have a tour) and left our luggage in front of the front desk lobby. No room service available as well, since they have a restaurant/dining hall where every guest should eat.
Am I going to stay here again? Probably yes, but I would probably ask to stay in another room, if I get assigned to room #2 again. 🤣

GGastnutzerI stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the place—she was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring.
I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote work—the internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, it’s best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!

But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
