GGastnutzerDas Beste daran ist, dass es von WS aus leicht zugänglich ist. Praktisch waren auch ein kleines Restaurant vor dem Hotel und ein recht kleiner Laden. Der nächste 7-Eleven ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sodass ich länger blieb. Der Pool ist an das Restaurant angeschlossen, das Wasser ist sauber und es gibt nur zwei Sonnenliegen. Sie müssen also frühzeitig eine reservieren, aber als ich dort war, war sie leer. Alle Annehmlichkeiten stehen gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Keine Hausschuhe, keine Handtücher, kein Fön gefunden. Sie können es wahrscheinlich an der Rezeption mieten. Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es ist ein gutes Hotel.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist ganz schön. Es sind ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Walking Street... Sie haben einen Pool, der bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Und ein Restaurant in der Lobby. Allerdings zweimal. Jetzt wurde ich bei einer Buchung über trip.com abgeholt. Das ist ok, aber meiner Meinung nach hat das Personal die Schuld zweimal dem Kunden zugeschoben. Es ist nicht das Problem des Kunden. Wenn das Buchungsbüro und das Hotel Probleme haben, müssen sie sich um den Kunden kümmern und ihn nicht hängen lassen. Ich bin hin- und hergerissen bei dieser Bewertung. Denn ich genieße die Lage und die Zimmer wirklich. Sie sind eigentlich recht sauber und der Pool ist wirklich schön. Aber das ständige Problem, dem Kunden die Schuld für Probleme zu geben, die nicht unsere Probleme sind? Wir sind hier, um Urlaub zu machen oder eine schöne Zeit zu haben, und nicht, um mit Buchungsproblemen belästigt zu werden, die nicht unsere Schuld sind. Das Personal schien ein wenig Angst davor zu haben, sich anzupassen und von sich aus Änderungen vorzunehmen. Ich habe gehört, der Eigentümer ist Deutscher und sie sind bei solchen Dingen sehr streng. Ich habe dort mindestens fünfmal übernachtet, drei davon ohne Probleme, 2 Mal

GGastnutzerIt’s okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when they’re passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.

MMhinjiWe stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip.
The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully.
Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels.
A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained.
We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious.
The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

GGastnutzerErstens, das Zimmer ist sauber, warme Dusche und Klimaanlage perfekt funktioniert, Dachdeck ist beeindruckend. Frühstück ist ok. Ich habe nur für 1 Nacht gebucht, um zu sehen, wie ich mit diesem Hotel gehe, da es mein erstes Mal ist. . Sicherheitsschachtel funktioniert nicht, Handtücher sind überbenutzt, keine Handtücher, müssen Sie um eine beantragen, Mini-Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Ich checkte in spät, nach meinem Flug , um auf viel notwendigen Schlaf zu fangen. Am nächsten Morgen um 715am Haushalter knackte, dann rang die Türbelle wach mich, sagen sie machen ein Zimmer Check und das ist ein PROTOKOL in El Vistra zu tun, was völlig insane ist. Ich habe mich direkt nachgeprüft, dann sagte die Rezeption mir, sie machen einen RUM-SCHIFF, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist, um meine Einlage zu erhalten. Was für eine Erfahrung!!

GGastnutzerI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

HHuggySenWe checked in very late and appreciated that the hotel still accommodated us without any hassle. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the unstable Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a good experience.
