Beautiful apartment with two big TVs, on 4th floor, quiet, convenient to get around, balcony, swimming pool, everything you need. I will book again

Sehr angenehm Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Die erste Nacht war nicht so gut, denn sie gab mir ein Zimmer im dritten Stock, das am nächsten Morgen ein paar Tänze hatte, so ich eine Zimmerwechsel beantragte und sie gab mir ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock, das viel besser war. Die Hausaufbewahrung war gut, da sie alle Gerichte reinigen, aber sie bieten keine Handtücher, nur Packungen mit Badegel und Shampoo und kleinen billigen Hotel-Bar-Seifen, die ich nicht verwendet habe. Auch das heiße Wasser war nur Lukawärme die ganze Zeit und sie hatten keine zweite Müll kann nachdem ich Zimmer verändert, die seltsam ist. Zusätzlich musste ich Müllbeutel beantragen, da es ziemlich grob ohne sie scheint. Wenn sie diese kleinen Fragen beheben, wäre der Hotelaufenthalt fast ungenau. Der Fitnessraum war oben. Eine andere Sache, Eincheckung war ein Problem, da sie Sie diese Abweichung unterschreiben, dass Sie nicht brechen oder verlieren irgendein kleines Objekt im Zimmer wie die 8 Bildrahmen und 2 Ornamente auf den Wänden und Tische, den Stuhl und Tische selbst, und alles und alles im Zimmer. So musste ich jeden Artikel überprüfen, da war ich selbst, bevor ich das Formular unterzeichnete.

I have stayed here numerous times and Scorebird remains my number 1 spot when I am in town. Nice rooms and great pool but it is the staff that makes this place so special.From reception to wait staff to housekeeping, EVERYONE is exceptionally nice and go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as always!

This is a well situated hotel in Angeles. It has a great pool and the staff are fantastic and always helpful. We moved rooms to a poolside room on the 2nd day and while we were out the the staff even moved our luggage to the new room. The food is great with a large selection to choose from on the menu. We will definitely be back. Thanks team.

The room is spacious, clean, you can cook if you want but it depends on the room ypu choose. WiFi has strong connection. Amenities is fantastic food as well. Come back? Definitely.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Zur Verteilung auf kleine Massage, die große war nicht damals, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass es ein betrügerisches Gefühl gibt, aber schließlich kann kein Zimmer wechseln, das kann nur dauern, das Zimmer ist scharf. Massage ist sehr müde und es wird Steine zerkleinert, manchmal gibt es kein heißes Wasser im Hochgebäude.

may ipis sa cr at kulang kulang ang kitchen utensils and cookwares.. di rin maayos yung stove.. di narireach yung high temp kaya napakatagal makaluto.. salute kay kuya guard at staff dahil mabilis naman ibinibigay mga request na kulang sa room and napaka matulungin sa guest and secure ang car sa parking.. comfy naman yung bed and malinis.. i suggest to improve cleanliness sa room especially sa cr and kitchen cabinets.. yung mga gamit for cooking and dining should be complete before guest enter sana..

It is what it is. You kind of know what the area is like when there are 2 ”massage parlors” across the street and tons in the area, and the facility has surcharges for bringing in an ”outside masseuse.” The room was large and reasonably clean. The towels were fraying, and the ”white” sheets were gray. The room refrigerator was bigger than average. There was a small table and chairs in the room - you could eat or do work there. The air conditioner worked just fine. The place is located above a 24 grocery store. This is convenient, nice, and adds a layer of security. We had some issues sleeping for 3 reasons: 1. Pillows were high and rock hard. My wife and I each got stiff necks. 2. There were some inebriated individuals who had a very loud argument @ 3 am. 3. Worst of all, there was a rooster fairly close to our room. Like most roosters, every time he saw a car with its lights on, he went crazy. This happened all night long.
