Sehr interessantes Haus, das für uns ist ein Autoschalter, ja, das Zimmer, das von einem Zugschalter renoviert wurde, ist sehr charakteristisch. Am ersten Abend kamen wir sehr spät, und es fand keine Wege zum Aufenthalt. Der Hotelmanager führte uns auch persönlich am Arbeitsplatz an. Am nächsten Morgen bereitet uns auch ein sehr gemütliches und leckeres hausgemachtes Frühstück vor. Das ist das beste Zimmer, das ich jemals in Neuseeland gehabt habe!

Beste Lage in der Umgebung. Träg und sauber. Hilfsbereite Empfang für spät einchecken. Das Zimmer ist sehr warm nicht wissen, warum 🤣 Aber die meisten Wärme-Blanket funktioniert nicht.

非常適合作為去米爾福德峽灣前一晚的落腳點。 老闆是中國人，在蒂阿瑙這個安靜的小鎮上，讓人感到格外親切。 我們當晚從皇后鎮出發，抵達時已超過了晚上8點的入住時間，聯繫攜程客服後，前台很快響應。到達酒店時，看到老闆貼心地在桌上打印了留言，房間也打掃得非常乾淨整潔。 開車前往峽灣需要2小時，住宿附近有自助加油站，出發前和回皇后鎮加油非常方便。整體住宿體驗很不錯。

Beautiful lake views. Super clean and well maintained specially inside the room. Warm and friendly owner with good recommendations on restaurant & cafe. Te Anau is a small town with proper choices of restaurants, cafes & bars. Good choice for stopover to Milford’s cruise ride.

Te Anau is a small town. The room big with new aircon installed. The mattress too soft and a bit sunken. No heater on the towels metal rack/hanger. The facilities in room and Inn a bit old. But overall good stay.

One of the best places we stayed in south island NZ. Firstly the staffs at the receptions are so welcoming, they're one of the highlights of this accommodation. The 2BR room was spacious, clean, modern and located right beside the lake. They're also a short walk away from the supermarket and glowworm office. Absolutely beautiful place! We highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place in Te Anau.

Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments ist ein schönes Hotel mit erstaunlichen Aussichten in der Nähe des Te Anau-Sees. Die meisten Attraktionen befinden sich in einem Spaziergang. Ich habe versehentlich einige Vermögenswerte hinterlassen, und das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich, schnell die Lieferung arrangieren und das Problem effizient lösen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I would have given this a 5-star rating. However, I deducted one star due to staff behaviour and a fire alarm that went off at 5:00 a.m., requiring guests to evacuate the hotel. Additionally, the staff could benefit from some customer service training, particularly in showing warmth and empathy toward guests. When we visited the front desk at 12:30 p.m. to enquire about an early check-in, the staff member was not at all understanding or accommodating. She bluntly say “No” and kept looking at her monitor without any reason.

Lovely warm clean comfortable motel. Fantastic shower and lots warm bedding. Just a teeny disappointed we didn’t see any staff or management our entire stay of three nights. Obviously staffing shortages in the area but would have appreciated a friendly face at some stage.

Das ausländische Hotel hat im Grunde keinen Service. Die Rezeption hat niemand die Unterkunft für eine Weile in dem Umschlag gehalten. Sie sollten bei der Buchung klare Wege für die Benutzung erleben, die besser sein wird, insbesondere Regentage.
