Hotels in Oslo mit Parkplatz

酒店位置很中心，市內景點都可步行，旁邊就是最熱鬧的步行街…但離車站有點遠，到達那天出車站拖着箱子，路上又滑，找了一陣子才找到…旁邊和對面建築在施工，稍影響了景觀…房間不大，一個人住還是OK的，早餐也還OK…

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, es gab nur ein kleines Problem mit der Duschtür. Am Bett gab es jeweils eine Steckdose. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab wirklich alles, was man will.

Die Dekoration ist ausgezeichnet und das Thema der Zimmer ist kohärent und intelligent. Ausgezeichnete Fitness- und Fitness-Stufe, aber der Pool war ein zusätzlicher Preis, wenn Sie keine Suite haben. Dies war eine Enttäuschung und gibt dem Ort ein günstiges Gefühl.  Im Hotel fanden viele weitere Veranstaltungen statt, die das Ort ein lautes und zu besetztes Gefühl verleihen. Oft warten große Gruppen von Parteien auf Aufzüge in der Nacht. Korridore sind auch ziemlich besetzt und laut. Es ist ein Gefühl, dass Hotelgäste bei diesen Veranstaltungen ein notwendiges Nachdenken sind. Das Personal reichte von sehr schön bis gleichgültig und manchmal sogar unverschämt.  Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht als ruhig oder als Ort beschreiben, der Sie bequem fühlen lässt.

Großes Boutique-Hotel! Leider öffnet sich das Frühstück nur um 8 Uhr am Wochenende, so dass wir es wegen eines frühen Fluges verpasst haben, aber sie haben es mit einem Frühstück zu gehen gemacht, als wir auscheckten!

Ausstattung: Frühstück und Abendessen inklusive – einfach perfekt! Die Preise in Norwegen sind relativ hoch, daher ist ein Buffet im Hotel ein absolutes Muss! Sie werden nicht nur satt, sondern ernähren sich auch gesund. Die Schalldämmung ist mittelmäßig; morgens hört man den Wecker im Nebenzimmer, aber auf Reisen braucht man ja nicht unbedingt auszuschlafen. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Das Restaurantpersonal ist sehr freundlich und begrüßt Sie mit „Guten Morgen“ und wünscht Ihnen eine angenehme Reise. Gäste können ihr Gepäck kostenlos aufbewahren. Lage: 8 Gehminuten vom Osloer Hauptbahnhof und 10 Gehminuten von der Osloer Oper entfernt. Oslo selbst ist jedoch nicht sehr groß; vom Hauptbahnhof aus sind die meisten Orte innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der entscheidende Vorteil ist, dass sich das Hotel bereits im Herzen von Oslo befindet und die Straßen nach 20 Uhr praktisch menschenleer sind. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Oslo bin!

Die zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof und im Gebäudekomplex der Byporten Mall könnte besser nicht sein. Vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Am Wochenende ist das Frühstückstestaurant etwas voll und daher ungemütlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein angenehmes Hotel und ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer ist klein! Das Gepäck ist schwer zu öffnen, und es ist fast im Zimmer zu Bett. Glücklicherweise ist das Zimmer noch komplett. Sehr nahe der Bahnhof. Frühstücksmittel sind gut, dekorieren Sie es.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

I have told myself to manage my expectation as it’s 3-star hotel after all. But it’s Norway so I am a bit more critical than if it were hotels in other countries. The location is ok, not too much in the city centre but close enough to work to touristic places. The service of staff is really hit and miss: some staff are really good and helpful. I told one of the staff in the morning that I wanted my room to be vacuumed as it was not cleaned properly (if at all) when I checked in the previous day. I would expect an apology but the staff just shrug and said ok. The breakfast is the savour of their 3-star. Plenty of choices, well decorated restaurant, staff are efficient in refilling food and drinks. The room is a standard 3-star, the balcony is a bonus. Overall it’s acceptable with this price in Oslo.

Das Einchecken ist sehr schwierig. Sie gehen zwar ans Telefon, machen es einem aber unnötig schwer und geben einem die Codes erst, wenn man vor der Tür der Unterkunft steht.
