AAndiswaADie Lagen waren großartig 😊, es gibt eine kalte Straße für diejenigen, die Frieden mögen, wo das Hotel liegt und es gibt besetzte Straßen für diejenigen, die gerne feiern und es ist eine Spazierweite. Das Hotel ist wie 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, die die Reise sehr einfach machte. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten in Suwon zu tun. Das Hotel ist sauber und ich liebte die Abreise um 12:00 . Der Check-in war ein wenig spät 16:00, aber es war kein Problem, da wir die Stadt trotzdem erkunden wollten. Der Service war großartig und es gab jemanden, der beim Check-in ein wenig Englisch sprach, was gut für Ausländer ist 💃🏽❤️

Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me ”if there's anything she can help?” It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points!
that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score...
However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?

Rund 10〜 15 Minuten von der Wasserbahnhöfe zu Fuß, es ist eine schwere Handtasche, aber ich bin komfortabel ins Hotel gekommen. Es ist nahe dem Ausgang Nr. 7. Die jungen Menschen auf der Straße? Es gibt eine Stadt.
Als ich den Namen sagte, habe ich Kabine erhalten (keine Erklärung für die Nutzung des Hotels, haha), als ich die Buchung vorgenommen habe, habe ich die Ankunftsverfahren um 20:00 abgeschlossen, aber ich konnte um 15:00 ins Zimmer gehen. Zuerst wollte ich nur das Gepäck abgeben, aber es war sehr hilfreich, die Ankunftsverfahren zu behandeln.
Ich habe mehrere Zimmer im koreanischen Hotel gehabt, aber in der Vergangenheit war es die schönste. Es sieht aus wie ein neues Hotel und scheint wenige Kommentare zu haben. Es gibt einen Schlauch im Zimmer (auch wenn ich nicht ins Zimmer gekommen bin), ich habe in Korea eine Erfahrung gemacht. Es gibt auch ein bewegliches Fernsehen, das Sie dort sehen können, YouTube usw... Es gibt auch einen Windsor. Der Wasserdruck in der Schlauch ist nicht problematisch, der Schlauch und der Schlauch werden von einem Schlauch getrennt, aber aus irgendeinem Grund ist der Schlauch in der Schlauch gelangt, so dass der Boden etwas stört.
Es gibt USB, aber keine anderen USB, daher empfiehlt es Ihnen, einen Umwandlungsschub zu nehmen. Es wird auch an die großen Geschäfte und Bequemlichkeiten Koreas verkauft.

Der Nachteil ist, dass nur ein scharfes Autohotel um das Hotel herum ist, so dass es sehr Angst haben könnte, wenn eine Frau oder Nacht hier bleibt. Ich bin eine Frau über 20 Jahre, aber es ist gut, weil ich völlig ”zu spät oder zum Hotel fahren”.
Aber angesichts der Entfernung der Station und der Schönheit und Schönheit des Hotels möchte ich sicherlich wieder aufhalten! Das wird sein. Es ist sehr weit von Seoul entfernt, so dass es sehr billig ist, aber in einem guten Hotel ist Cospa sehr gut, großartig (T＿ T) ♡ Danke ❗️

SSparklee14The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions.
My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back.
All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs.
If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Geschäftsviertel von Suwon, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Suwon und zweier großer Einkaufszentren, was zum Einkaufen einlädt. Allerdings ist die Gegend nachts unruhig, da sich dort viele Obdachlose und Menschen aus der **-Branche aufhalten. Sie müssen daher auf Ihre Sicherheit und Ihr Eigentum achten. Das Sicherheitssystem des Hotels ist gut und erfordert ein Passwort, sodass Fremde nicht so leicht hineingelangen können. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und das Zimmer ist groß genug, aber es fühlt sich staubig an und die Beleuchtung ist schwach.

GGastnutzerThe price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean).

GGastnutzerWe had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too.
We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room. It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.
When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again.
