Das Hotel ist sehr bequem und nahe dem Transportknoten.. sehr einfach zu gehen und neben dem Einkaufszentrum. Hotel ist auch sehr sauber außer seiner neben der Eisenbahnstrecke.. aber wenn das Fenster schließen die Soundproofing ist sehr gut..

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

Ich hatte eine Mahlzeit mit meinem Freund und blieb für einen Tag. Es war gut. Parkplatz war gut. Besonders warmes Wasser und warmes Wasser kam gut aus, so war es wirklich bequem zu baden.

I had an amazing stay here. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked and there was no trouble checking in or out. It's tucked away from the main road but that is one of it's good features as it's distanced away a good amount to keep the traffic noise down. Within a one minute walk there's a convenience store for late night snacking. The rooms have USB-A ports for charging next to the bed so no need for your own bulky charger to be used. Overall I highly recommend you choose this hotel when staying in Suwon. I stayed with young family members and luckily there were no overally amourous couples to the left or right of the room. No photos needed go see it for yourself.

The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions. My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back. All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs. If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für meinen Sohn und seine Freundin gebucht. Ihnen hat alles gefallen, besonders das Popcorn in der Lobby. Das Fenster im Zimmer war geschlossen und aufgrund des fehlenden Sonnenlichts war es schwierig zu erkennen, ob es Tag oder Nacht war (insbesondere nach einem langen Flug aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung). Als sie das Fenster öffnen konnten, war alles super! Der Check-in im Hotel ist ab 17:00 Uhr, der Check-in erfolgte jedoch gleich bei der Ankunft um 12:00 Uhr.

Ich hatte einen Job in der Nähe von Suwon und blieb für zwei Nächte. Die Lage ist etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Suwon entfernt, so dass es nichts sehr ungünstiges über den öffentlichen Verkehr gab. Es gab viele Restaurants und Komfortgeschäfte, so dass die Einrichtungen gut waren. Aber weil es ein Nachtleben ist, müssen Sie die Umgebung berücksichtigen, wenn Sie mit Ihren Kindern kommen. Der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich, und es gibt Kocheinrichtungen und Waschmaschinen, so dass es für diejenigen, die Suwon auf einer Reise besuchen würden, gut wäre.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

Spent three nights here, overall good especially considering the price, just 10 min walk from the station, walking distance to all attractions Self check in, no staff Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean).
