Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world. Exceptional service. Great Lake Shikotsu views from the rooms and the facility. Meals were outstanding both in their quality and interesting offerings. The negative reviews seem very out of place to us. Assume it is based on which room type selected. Our room was very clean, nice features - deluxe twin. Regarding meals, it is a set menu - if you are particular it may be better to dine elsewhere and order directly. For the Onsen, we did not use as I have tattoos. They do have nice baths in the rooms.

Perfekte Lage Das Hotel ist direkt in der Innenterminal des Flughafens New Chitose, das unsere letzte Nacht in Hokkaido so bequem gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und geräumig genug für unser Gepäck. Wir liebt es, direkt zu den Flughafen-Shops, Restaurants und Souvenir-Shops zu gehen, ohne Transport. Der kostenlose Zugang zum Flughafen Onsen war auch ein großer Bonus. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und die Ein-/Auscheckung war schnell und einfach. Sehr empfohlen, wenn Sie einen frühen Flug haben oder einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt im New Chitose Flughafen wünschen. Wir würden sicher hier nochmal bleiben!

Great location, about a 15-minute walk from Sapporo train station. The room was spacious and clean, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and, even though their English was limited, they made a genuine effort to communicate, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteten Einrichtungen, kostenlosem Parkplatz und einfachem Check-in

I arrived very early after taking an overnight flight. I asked the front desk if it was possible to check in earlier and mentioned that I was willing to pay an additional fee if needed. However, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that early check-in was not possible, and the tone was not very friendly. As a result, I had to wait until 3 p.m. while feeling very tired. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I also had a very comfortable sleep that night.

Lovely hotel, really clean and has everything you need. The onsen was amazing and staff were ever so nice. Even a free mini bus to airport if needed! Definitely recommend:)

Ein sehr gutes kleines Hotel, das sich als Transitunterkunft eignet. Es liegt zwei Haltestellen vom Flughafen New Chitose entfernt. Verlassen Sie es am Nordausgang und folgen Sie dem Korridor. Obwohl das Frühstück einfach ist, ist die Gesamtqualität sehr gut. Der Gesamtpreis ist mehr als die Hälfte günstiger als der Aufenthalt in einem Flughafenhotel

Das Hotel liegt perfekt in der Nähe der Bahnhof. Es dauerte nur 8 Minuten, bis wir vom Bahnhof zum Flughafen gelangen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist professionell. Sie halfen mir, die Dokumente für die Fluggesellschaft schnell auszufüllen.

Es war etwa 10 Gehminuten vom JR-Bahnhof Chitose entfernt. Ich habe hier für meinen Morgenflug übernachtet und es war ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Beim Check-in wurde ich gefragt, ob ich den Shuttle für den nächsten Tag nutzen möchte, und erhielt eine Reservierungsbestätigung. Ich musste nur fünf Minuten vor meiner geplanten Abflugzeit auschecken. Die nahegelegene Aeon Mall ermöglichte bequeme Last-Minute-Einkäufe.
