Hotels in Thane mit Parkplatz

Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und der Blick auf das Stadion fantastisch. Nochmals vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die Unterstützung.

The hotel was alright but I think for the price, it should have provided more. The rooms are ok but not great. I might try another hotel the next round. The views are not bad if you stay on a high floor.

Sie sanitieren sogar Toiletten, was mich weniger beunruhigt.

I had a very comfortable stay at GCC hotel ***** with family. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Location is good and on main road. Hotel cleanliness is better than all nearby hotels. Food is also amazing as it's the same Shikara Hotel staff.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, not spotless but is a good stay Service: Staff was friendly at front desk Comfort: Bed was comfortable. Location: Convenient to transport and food area Breakfast : Mostly local food. As foreigner, preferably fried noodles or rice will be great.

I recently stayed here for a business trip and was impressed by the quality of service and the hotel's facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked minibar and a safe, added to the overall comfort. The staff was attentive and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were promptly addressed. Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience, with a variety of options available at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, providing a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is another advantage, with easy access to key business areas and transportation links in Navi Mumbai. Additionally, the amenities such as the business center and meeting rooms were well-equipped and served my professional needs effectively. Overall, Hotel Monarch is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and comfortable stay in Navi Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent service and convenient location.

It doesn’t match the pictures what is shown by the owner But it was very safe to stay there as i was a single woman it’s like one bhk apartment transferred into hotel room. But they don’t have amenities like a water kettle. Staff is very polite and helpful. You can order food through swiggy or zomato and it’s very very near to the main city. It’s walkable distance. It’s well maintained clean. Charges are on higher side according to the facilities.

The hotel is located at good Area, on Palm Beach road. Rooms are located on higher floors , 26,27& 28th Floor. Though the room was clean, the room did not match the pictures shown online. In executive room, pictures shown has is a huge curtain in the room giving an impression of panoramic window behind the curtain, but in actual there is just a wall and a small window with hardly any view instead mess lying outside window. The management should clearly mention that the room doesn’t come with a view. Only delux room comes with actual view.
