Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Als ich das Zimmer betrat, lag ein benutztes Handtuch auf dem Bett. Ich dachte, es sei vom vorherigen Gast, aber das Zimmermädchen vergaß, es wegzunehmen.

GGastnutzerThe location of Orange International Hotel in Surat is great, and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is also very good. However, the rooms are in very bad condition. The shower curtains were extremely dirty, and the same slippers were provided to different guests. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

GGastnutzerWe stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

GGastnutzerIt was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.

GGastnutzerEs gab ein paar Fragen, 1) im Nichtraucherhotel, einige Leute rauchen in ihrem Zimmer, so dass die Lobby schmeckte 2) Jet Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig 3) Cobweb und Moskitos waren im Zimmer
