This hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station. However, I have had experiences which are not so nice : A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom. B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved. C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF. D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once. E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt hier. Personal war wirklich freundlich und unterkunft. Das Hotel selbst ist erstaunlich und ich würde sicherlich noch einmal buchen. Danke für die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die uns geholfen haben, das Gepäck vom Zimmer und in unser Auto zu bringen.

It was a nice hotel, room was too much neat and clean. Food was awesome. Ambience was very good. Must stay there during my next visit to surat.

We had booked a deluxe room with the hotel king's heritage and the room given to us was exactly as it looked like in the photos. The reception was clean and aromatic and so it felt highly welcoming. The room was clean and sanitized. Fresh toiletries and soaps were placed in the bathroom. The room really felt luxurious and spacious enough for the 2 of us. The bell boy mentioned that they had installed a new shower unit and it indeed felt like a great luxurious bathing experience too. Complimentary breakfast had good variety and was being served hot. The restaurant as well as entire hotel staff was very humble and courteous. We were delighted to have found such a good hotel for our stay here just 1 day in advance even though it was christmas-new year vacation time.

Good. To stay nice good hotel with clean room, nice ambience and tasty food but prices are bit higher. Near to ahmedabad airport. I have tried spa service and it was excellent. I would actually rate this a 4. 67 out of five.

J eel elite inn is having great and authentic stay facility. I stayed at 1106 which is happening all basic facility to stay. It's really good option to stay for longer period. Delicious food is available on single phone call. I can compare this service apartment with any good star category hotel, inf-act it's value for money. You get 02beds with pantry and living and 02 toilets. Best for 04 person. Some negligible negative points like tv not working and inner doors needs maintenance. It can be solved by management after quick maintenance. But, overall good experience. best wishes.
