GGastnutzerWir hatten ein halbes Board-Paket reserviert und der Aufenthalt und das Essen waren ausgezeichnet.Das Rezeption Personal war sehr aufmerksam und immer eifersüchtig, die Komfort des Gastes zu sehen. vor allem die Geschäfte Manager Frau Prachi war sehr hilfreich und mit Keen überwacht Interesse und kam vor, um zu sehen, dass die Gäste niemals unbehaglich waren. Das Restaurantpersonal war immer auf ihren Tüten und trotz einer großen Anzahl von Abendessen, wurde mit Lächeln serviert und es gab keine Verzögerung bei der Ausführung der Bestellungen. Die Kochen waren Auch begeistert, zu helfen und zubereitete Gerichte, die nicht im Buffet gestellt wurden. Das Abendessen war gut mit vielen Sorten und war sehr schmecklich.

GGastnutzerThe ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable!
Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

GGastnutzerI travelled solo and stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent on the cold night I arrived, the staff provided an oil‑filled heater for my room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The only downside was the iron: when I tried to iron my dress, it burned a hole in it. I take responsibility for this, but I mention it because the iron is not a proper steam iron, and I assumed it would be fine. I did the morning tour of the Taj and returned just after 12; the hotel was very relaxed about the checkout time and gave me plenty of time to gather my things. I would definitely stay here again.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is one of the nicer ones in Agra. The room was very nice. The hotel location is mis-marked on Google Maps. When you set course on Google Maps, it will navigate you to a different location off the side of the highway, instead of the correct address. The service was good, but we felt that the front desk was misleading about Ubers in trying to convince us to take their taxi. Additionally, the food services are extremely expensive.

Reisen kann nur Tuk sein. Wenn Sie das Hotel an der Tür treffen, eine Fahrt von 100 Rupien, und dann hoffe ich, Sie in den Laden zu ziehen, gehen Sie einfach.
Das Hotel ist in der Mauer, die Ausstattung und die Größe der Zimmer sind dem Preis angemessen, insgesamt gut, Service, Mundgeruch. Dies ist der Rhythmus in Indien und die Anforderungen können nicht die gleichen sein wie im Inland.

GGastnutzerDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.

GGastnutzerTaj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.

GGastnutzerAlles war bis zu markieren. Das Zimmer war nett & sauber. Essen war auch ziemlich teuer, aber es war ok. Ich habe Thali gewählt, was gut im Geschmack & Menge war ok für eine Person.
