"As usual, I received great service from Hilton the moment I stepped into the Lobby of DoubleTree, Agra. The Lobby manager was fantastic in helping my wife to take a glimpse of the evening Taj Mahal and helped me to procure some urgent equipment. At the restaurant, North 27, the service I received was sincere and very hospitable. The staffs were very helpful in explaining the Indian  food and how to enjoy them fully. Lily and Biaki were both fantastic and loving and found myself amazed they were still trainees. You can hardly fault them and they were just like little bees flying around us to serve us and make our dining experience excellent. Have to give it to the restaurant management, they are doing a great job! 🐜 a"

"The hotel is one of the nicer ones in Agra. The room was very nice. The hotel location is mis-marked on Google Maps. When you set course on Google Maps, it will navigate you to a different location off the side of the highway, instead of the correct address. The service was good, but we felt that the front desk was misleading about Ubers in trying to convince us to take their taxi. Additionally, the food services are extremely expensive."

"Das ITC Mughal Hotel ist eine absolute Freude! Von dem Moment, als ich auf dem Grundstück Fuß stieg, wurde ich mit warmer und unglaublicher Gastfreundschaft begrüßt. Das Hotel ist mit seinen luxuriösen und eleganten Atmosphären ausgestattet, mit allen Details, die sich sorgfältig auf das reichhaltige Mughal-Erbe ausrichten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sorgfältig sauber und mit luxuriösen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, um einen komfortablen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Die Speiseerfahrung überstieg alle Erwartungen, mit einer Vielzahl von wunderbaren Küchen, die meine Geschmackbuds tantalisierten. Das Personal ging oben und darüber hinaus, um mir alle Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, und erhielt einen personalisierten Service mit einem echten Lächeln. Das lustigen Garten und die erstaunliche Architektur des Hotels bieten die perfekte Hintergrundlage für Entspannung und Erkundung. Unzweifellos hat das ITC Mughal Hotel den Standard für luxuriöse Unterkünfte festgelegt, die meine enthusiastische fünf-Sterne-Bewertung verdienen."

"Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked."

"Wir blieben zwei Nächte in Taj mit unseren Kindern und wir liebten es. Sie begrüßten uns mit voller indischer Tradition und der Eincheckung war schwach. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung jeder Schritt von ihrem Vorderbüro bis zum Hauspflege. Essen war großartig. Besonderes Dank an ihr Haus-Haltungspersonal Umgehung, die mit seinem schönen Geste an meinem 6-jährigen Sohn lächelte, indem er seine Spielzeugwagen, die mein Sohn absolut geliebt hat. Wird sicher wieder in Taj bleiben."

"We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better."

"Wir hatten Halbpension und das war beides super. Leider war auch im Dezember die Klimaanlage an, somit saßen wir mit Jacken beim Essen, was wir nicht gut fanden. Und auch wenn *** uns Europäern eine Freude machen wollte, den Refrain von Jingle Bells in Dauerschleife ist anstrengend. Hauskeeping war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich."

"Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it."
