Es ist etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß, im Keller zu stehen und zu baden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann allgemein gesagt werden, aber die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Umgebung ist sehr komplett, es gibt bequeme Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Cafés. Auch der Fußgängerstraße am Geschäft ist sehr nahe, es ist weniger als zehn Minuten zu fahren. Aber der Preis am Wochenende ist sehr viel anders... fast die Hälfte des Tages ist einfacher als am Wochenende, so dass es sehr seltsam fühlt... Die Löwen können sagen, dass sie sehr weit entfernt sind, und die Preisunterschiede in London sind nicht so groß,

The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

Nun, ich habe in diesem Hotel zweimal vor mir geblieben und kann nicht helfen, aber sagen, es hat sein Glanz verloren. Check-in war ok. Wir buchten ein Premiumzimmer mit Club-Lounge. Die Lounge war großartig. Nan, die dort arbeitete, liebte absolut seine Arbeit und war großartig. Er servierte uns mit Getränken von 6 bis 8 er sagte uns, es war Partyzeit. Hatte ein großes Lächeln. Das Zimmer war ein schönes, komfortables Bett. Hatte ein sehr scharfes Aroma, obwohl er sauber erschien. Ich fand, dass ich denke, das Badezimmer war die Quelle des Geruchs. Der Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig, so dass die Dusche enttäuschend war. Wir schliefen gut und gingen zum Frühstück raus und runter. Schmutzige Gerichte und Brille schüttelten den Korridor bei Nacht und noch am Morgen. Das Frühstück war ok. Gute Qualität Bacon und Sauce Auswahl von frisch für Sie kocht Eier und Omelette alles, was Sie brauchen, war da.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and beautiful rooms. I am so glad I booked this hotel. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and were thrilled to be there. The décor is gorgeous and so well maintained. It was so grand and ornate. The room was comfy and clean and just right. The bar area was so cool too. The location was perfect within easy access of train stations and the centre of town. Hopefully I'll find another reason to stay again some time!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich angenehm! Das Zimmer war geräumig und hell, die Bettwäsche weich und sauber, und die hygienischen Details stimmten einfach. Der Empfang war herzlich, und wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine bessere Zimmerkategorie bekommen. Die Lage ist top und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel hervorragend. Insgesamt hat die Erfahrung unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es auch Freunden wärmstens empfehlen!

Im Zentrum von Manchester gelegen, gibt es eine Straßenbahn nicht weit von der Tür entfernt. Nach Selfridges sind es zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten Das Spa im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt dort tolle Gesichtsbehandlungen. Obwohl das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen ist, wurde die Toilette renoviert Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief relativ schnell, aber niemand bot Hilfe beim Gepäck an, was etwas enttäuschend war. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und ich werde weiterhin bleiben!

Check in was dreadful! On arrival 2 members of staff behind the reception desk were staring at a screen, I assumed they were dealing with 2 ladies standing slightly to one side, but when i managed to catch one of them's eye, he asked if he could help & seemed surprised that I was waiting to check in! I ushered forward the lady waiting in front of me. When my turn arrived I gave my name and that I had a room for 2 adults & a toddler & had requested a travel cot. I had no phone signal in the hotel so could not bring up my booking. He requested that I go outside to get signal which I did. On finding my online booking confirmation I went back inside & gave him the booking reference number to which he snappily told me it was wrong. I showed him. He asked me to write down my full name on a slip of paper the he proceeded to print off details of my booking thrust it at me & asked if that was me! He insisted that I had made a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. I read the booking details directly from my phone - 2 adults, one 2 year old, travel cot required. Eventually we were allocated our room & given the key. This whole process took 25 minutes, which also then put our restaurant reservation back. Not great with a tired & hungry 2 year old! (When we did get into our room, there was no travel cot. this was supplied later.) On a positive note, a member of staff who seemed to have some supervisory/managerial capacity did apologise and gave me free parking for the night. Other than this dreadful start, all was OK, just what one would expect from a premier inn.

Die Heizung im ersten Zimmer war defekt, deshalb zogen wir ins zweite Zimmer. Dort stand eine ziemlich schmutzig aussehende Grasbank. Das Zimmer war recht dunkel und klein, und die Wände waren nicht sauber. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war eher schlecht. Die Lage war allerdings sehr günstig.

Despite checking in quite late, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, especially Alejandro, who was incredibly attentive and approachable throughout our stay. As it was our first time staying here, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it certainly didn’t disappoint. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a great location near the city centre, making it very convenient. While parking isn’t free, we were given a discounted rate for the car park across the road after validating our parking at reception, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to the centre.

Hotel is little far from city center but near to the airport. The hotel dosnt have air conditioning. No soap, no shampoo and towels dirty. In 28 temperature without air condition very hard to coop. We were couple and booked double bed but given 2 single beds.
