The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and beautiful rooms. I am so glad I booked this hotel. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and were thrilled to be there. The décor is gorgeous and so well maintained. It was so grand and ornate. The room was comfy and clean and just right. The bar area was so cool too. The location was perfect within easy access of train stations and the centre of town. Hopefully I'll find another reason to stay again some time!

Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen sauber, das Bett war sauber und das Zimmer war geräumig. • Allerdings gab es mehrere Fragen, die mich dazu bringen würden, für einen längeren Besuch noch einmal hier zu überdenken: - Die elektrische Kessel hatte sichtbare Staub und schien nicht richtig gereinigt, so dass ich es nicht verwendete. - Der Haartrockner war nicht sauber. - Der weiße Zugänglichkeitsstufe in der Badezimmer-Station hatte Ruhe und Aufbau, was das Bad unkomfortabel fühlte. - Der Duschekopf hatte eine Menge Limescale, und einige andere Bereiche sahen auch aus, als ob sie nicht richtig gereinigt worden waren. • Das Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht. Die meisten Artikel waren bereits abgeschlossen, als ich ankam. Die geschroteten Eier und Hashbraunen wurden schlecht gekocht und sehr niedrige Qualität. Ich konnte nichts essen und hatte nur eine Tasse Tee, bevor ich in mein Zimmer zurückkam. Aufgrund dieser Reinigungsprobleme könnte ich nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Im Zentrum von Manchester gelegen, gibt es eine Straßenbahn nicht weit von der Tür entfernt. Nach Selfridges sind es zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten Das Spa im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt dort tolle Gesichtsbehandlungen. Obwohl das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen ist, wurde die Toilette renoviert Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief relativ schnell, aber niemand bot Hilfe beim Gepäck an, was etwas enttäuschend war. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und ich werde weiterhin bleiben!

I booked a one-bedroom apartment for three guests. When I checked in at around 7:00 pm, the reception staff told me I would have to wait until 10:30 pm for someone to set up the sofa bed. If I didn’t want to wait, they offered to give me the bed linen and asked me to set up the sofa bed myself. To make matters worse, by 10:30 pm, no one had come, and I had to go back to the reception desk to ask when the sofa bed would finally be prepared. I’ve travelled to many places and stayed in numerous hotels, but this is the first time I’ve ever been asked to make up my own sofa bed. I was genuinely surprised that such a well-known hotel chain could not arrange for housekeeping to prepare the room before guests arrived. To make matters worse, when I entered the apartment, the kitchen bin still contained rubbish left by the previous guest, which gave a very poor first impression and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of the Northern Quarter and Manchester city centre, with plenty of cafés, pubs, and restaurants nearby. There’s also an Aldi supermarket right next to the hotel, making it convenient to buy groceries and prepare meals in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with a full kitchen, which is a great feature for longer stays. Overall, the apartment itself is modern, spacious, and well equipped, but the service was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this brand. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed what could otherwise have been an enjoyable stay.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Pendulum Hotel. Das Personal war unfehlbar freundlich und hilfsbereit, und mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Sie um Manchester, und die Nachbarschaft, wo das Hotel ist, hat eine ruhige, willkommene Atmosphäre. Ich würde glücklich wieder bleiben und würde es sicherlich anderen empfehlen.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, mit viel Platz zum Gepäck und Dinge zu lagern. Ich war ziemlich überrascht, den Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank in dem Zimmer zu sehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage ist gegenüber China Town mit vielen schönen Restaurants zum Essen. Das einzige, was sich verbessern kann, ist, dass die Zimmerreinigung zu früh beginnt - um 9:00 Uhr bin ich durch die Tür aufgewacht.

Despite checking in quite late, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, especially Alejandro, who was incredibly attentive and approachable throughout our stay. As it was our first time staying here, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it certainly didn’t disappoint. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a great location near the city centre, making it very convenient. While parking isn’t free, we were given a discounted rate for the car park across the road after validating our parking at reception, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to the centre.

Das Hotelzimmer ist älter und das Bett ist klein und hart. Das Zimmer hatte keine ausreichende Heizung und war sehr kalt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch.

Hotel is little far from city center but near to the airport. The hotel dosnt have air conditioning. No soap, no shampoo and towels dirty. In 28 temperature without air condition very hard to coop. We were couple and booked double bed but given 2 single beds.
