GGordonWir waren enttäuscht über die Parkplätze. Es wurde nicht genau klargestellt, dass Sie in die Richtung gehen müssen, wo es markiert wurde und drücken Sie sie, um die Barriere zu lösen. Das Hotel ist sehr sicher, da Sie den Zugang zum Eingang beantragen müssen. Einmal bis zur Rezeption im ersten Stock wurden wir begrüßt und ein Zimmer zugewiesen. Das Zimmer war sehr müde mit markierten und geschraubten Wänden und Decken. Das Badezimmer hatte alle gängig ausgestatteten Einrichtungen, aber ein großer Krack war in den Fliesen auf dem Boden etwa zweieinhalb Füße lang. Die Dusche war schmutzig und der Untergrund der Haupttür war weg. Das Bett war zwei Einzelmatratzen, die offensichtlich gut genutzt wurden und bedeutete, dass es eine Pumpe zwischen deren nicht sehr komfortable war. Die Bar war teuer für Getränke und das Personal schien multitask-Service und Reinigungstisch usw. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Wir haben die Empfangsbestätigung bei der Überprüfung unserer Ergebnisse angekündigt, da wir nicht normalerweise die Beschwerden machen, aber die Fragen machen einen Unterschied und einige nur allgemeine Wartung.

pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it.
U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me
Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area.
Staff were lovely though .

GGastnutzerHotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

LLunaBunnyThe location is great, but everything else is quite old and worn out. The service was quite bad, we did not have any towels or water bottles in our room. Upon asking, they said we are ‘supposed’ to get the towels from the receptions. And only the rooms with a fridge will have water bottles. Did not even offer to let us buy any bottles. As it was quite late when we realised we did not have any bottle of waters, luckily found a Co-op in 5 mins distance closing soon, we had to grab them from there.
The room had a partial sea view. But the bed was so noisy and squeaky even with the slightest movement. All the other furnitures were very old, no charging or plug points beside the bed.
If not for location, because the beach is quiet in front of the hotel, i wouldn’t have even considered it ever again.
One good thing about it was the swimming pool, it was very clean but the changing rooms could have been much better.
I have booked through Trip.com previously, so I know it has nothing to do with internet or 3rd party booking, it is just a very old hotel. And the pictures are quite deceiving.

GGastnutzeromg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

GGastnutzerClean, tidy, and COMPACT accommodation. Used as a base going out during the day and eating breakfast and evening meals at local venues.
The location was excellent for walking to the Blackpool Tower and along the promenade.
The onsite staff were available, cheerful, and helpful.
Amenities were adequate. The en-suite included a GOOD shower, but it was NOT spacious. The fridge in the room was very useful for fruit etc. Kettle in the room for tea or coffee.
Iron and ironing board available on the premises.
Note that parking, one space at the side of the property, was an extra charge per night, otherwise parking on the street, or at locally managed car parks at various rates.

TTrip.com SGJPEs ist ein wenig von der Blackpool North Station entfernt, aber die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Es ist kein super luxuriöses Hotel, aber es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug.
Das Henson Hotel ist nur ein wenig von der Station und der Innenstadt entfernt, so dass es eine gute Idee ist, ein Taxi zu nehmen, wenn Sie eine große Taxi-Taxi haben.
Es gibt Busse und Trams, die laufen, so dass es auch nachts gut ist.

GGastnutzerClean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
