This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in the breakfast was beautiful the staff were the friendliest I have ever come across the evening meal was outstanding the starters main and dessert I could not fault me and my partner will 100% stay here again

The nightlife at the Viking has always been O.K. The staff are very polite and helpful, the food is good, but the decor, especially in the rooms is very dated, also the lifts are tiny. and the car park gets full quickly.Overall I would give the Viking Hotel 7 out of 10.

Loved the cabaret bar although it needs an uplift and lighter brighter decor and better lighting, acts are fantastic, no need to venture out if you don’t want as all you need is there.

Didn’t like the self service aspect.much better pre Covid.missed Buddy but understand he is entitled to a holiday stand in Terrycota brilliant. Nothing to do with choice but sad to see how run down Blackpool front has become

Staff in the hotel were lovely, very helpful. Lots of steps to get to the room which i didnt realise when booking and not great with my bad knee. Room was very basic and in general really does need a facelift although the bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep.

We turned down daily room cleaning as we didn’t need it. It was the general cleanliness of the room that needed attention . For instance, underneath the soap dish, only noticed whilst in the bath, was absolutely filthy. The bed was horrendous, if you moved too close to the edge you would roll out, on either side, mattress had no edge support. Saying this we would definitely stay at the hotel again, but would ask about the bed next time.

4th visit this year and perfect overall as usual...Hotel is really well situated for the Fair and South Pier and the transport routes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate and clean but the FOOD IS AMAZING....I have never come across such tasty food. The soup is OUT OF THIS WORLD... I don't know how the Chef does it !!!!!!
Breakfast choices are fantastic wide and varied...Also the main dinner meal portions are HUGE. So going to book again for the illuminations hopefully we can get in. Thank you for a wonderful stay xxx

Stayed Friday to Monday. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment is simply outstanding. If you're stopping in Blackpool then this is the hotel to pick (adults only)
