Hotels in Lyon mit Parkplatz

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lyon. From check-in to check-out almost everything was perfect. The only three things I would improve are: 1) the hotel bar didn't have stools 2) the Nespresso Machines didn't have single serve coffee-mate creamers or at least powder so you had to call down for cold milk for 5€. 3) like many hotels in Europe they didn't have wash cloths in the room (face cloths or serviettes carrés as they call them). What do Europeans wash with? The lobby was elegant and inviting. The Grand Salon was cinematic. The rooms albeit a little small were well designed, comfortable and had great AC and rain showers. The pool, sauna, steam room, tea and relaxation room in the basement were perfect after a hot day touring Lyon. The cocktails were prepared with love and attention and served in vintage glassware. However martinis and old fashioned's should have more than loz of alcohol. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious and you could even order an avo toast, truffled omelette or œufs a plat a la carte. I highly suggest you book the bed and breakfast rate to not be shocked by the 39€pp charge if you didn’t. Their Italian restaurant, Angelo's, looked delicious, but was a little pricey so we ate out all three nights in the Capitale Gastronomique de la France. The staff were warm and accommodating and it's in my top 3 reasonably priced boutique hotels in Europe.

We stayed at their suite for 2 nights. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Very large room with a small kitchen enough to cook a light meal for a small family. Beds are comfy. Location is quiet. We drove around the city so cannot comment on public transport. They have a carpark in the building. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast room are both up to par. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend, and we plan to try out other hotels in the same brand in the future!

I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered a few not very friendly staff at the reception. They didn’t do anything in particular that we would consider rude - but they just had a cold attitude. Some of their staff seem to have treated other guests a little differently for instance walking them to the lift and giving them more information about the hotel. This really impacted our experience at the hotel. However, I must say many of their staff were amazing, just a handful that were very cold and dismissive and this is not the level of hospitality you would expect from such a renowned hotel. The room also looked and felt quite different than what is shown on trip.com and their official website. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Lyon!

Super bien placé en plein centre. Literie confortable. Taille de chambre satisfaisante. MAIS Lobby en pleins travaux. Information insuffisante et gestion tout juste polie de la clientèle suite au Déclenchement intempestif de l’alarme incendie à 6h du matin. Pas de gel douche dans la chambre ni de gobelet pour les boissons de courtoisie.

Das Hotel sollte in der Nähe des Zentrums liegen. Ich bin nicht auf der Lyon-Bahnhofs gefahren. Ich bin fast 100 Euro in dieses Hotel gefahren. Uber sollte sehr billig sein. Das Zimmer ist relativ elegant. Die Treppe sind relativ klein und schnell, aber interessant. Die Kellner sind sehr enthusiastisch und frei. Sie scheinen hier zu arbeiten, sie werden vergleichsweise benutzerfreundlich verwaltet, fühlen sich nett, das andere Zimmer ist etwas klein, die Doppelbettbäder zwischen den Marken sind relativ schwach 1.3 Meter

Ausstattung: Sehr gut. Es gibt alles, einschließlich Kaffee, Tee, heißem Kakao und einem Wasserkocher. Es gibt viel Stauraum, was für Reisende wie uns, die viel Kleidung und andere Sachen dabei haben, geeignet ist. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer war sehr sauber, aber es gab keine Tür im Badezimmer, was erstaunlich war. Es wird empfohlen, eine Glastür zur Trocken- und Nasstrennung einzubauen. Service: Unten gibt es kostenloses Obst und Früchtetee. Das Personal spricht fließend Englisch (aber außerhalb des Hotels sprechen nicht viele Leute Englisch) und die Kommunikation verläuft reibungslos. Umgebung: Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und direkt gegenüber dem Einkaufszentrum. Darüber hinaus liegt dieses Hotel sehr hoch und blickt auf Lyon, was sehr beeindruckend ist. Und es ist sehr ruhig, was mir gefällt. Hygiene: Keine Wahl, nur die Qualität, die Radisson haben sollte. Zusammenfassend ist es gut angelegtes Geld.

Mein Zimmer war bis auf ein paar kleine Mängel recht sauber. Es ist ziemlich ärgerlich, in einer Apartmentstadt anzukommen und nicht die nötige Reinigung zu haben (die nicht täglich erfolgt und auch keine Ersatzhandtücher hat), sondern uns zu bitten, das Zimmer sauber zu hinterlassen. Alles kostet extra, daher bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht.

Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Schade, dass das Badezimmer nicht geschlossen ist (offen zum Schlafzimmer, keine Tür) und direkt neben dem Bett liegt. Im ersten Stock sind der beheizte Pool und das Fitnessstudio großartig. Enttäuscht vom Frühstück, sehr teuer (14 Euro pro Person) für nicht viel.

Well priced and in a convenient location. The staff were super friendly, check in was easy and the room was clean. Internet was stable. Very happy ☺️

Es war sehr praktisch, da es direkt vor der U-Bahnstation war! Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage, die einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel ermöglicht. Als ich es benutzte, war es nur der Ort, an dem Kyriad und Ibis ersetzt wurden.
