Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

Hotel stupendo, camera pulita e bella ampia, così come il letto enorme! I dettagli hanno fatto la differenza, addirittura era presente oltre a shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc anche il calza scarpe, il lucido per le scarpe il pettine e tanto altro. L'unica cosa che farei in questo hotel è sostituire la vasca con un bel box doccia. Per il resto super approvato.!

The 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed. Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed. The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure. The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person. The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home. The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good. Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good. I am happy to come back again next time

Location was 16 minutes walk from the train station and about the same walk to the old city, with lots to see in between. The hotel appears to be a local chain that does not as easily accommodate those who are not connected to it. This was my 6th and last stop on my trip to Europe, and it was the only place that did not include water. In fact, nothing in the minibar was included and that was not well marked in the room. Breakfast was quite good, but service was not as good.

Das Hotel wirbt zwar mit vier Sternen, ist es aber definitiv nicht; meiner Meinung nach ist es nur zwei Sterne wert. Schon von Anfang an gab es Probleme. Erstens fehlte in meinem Zimmer das Doppelbett, das ich bei der Reservierung angefragt hatte, und als Entschuldigung hieß es, es sei nicht verfügbar. Da meine Reservierung fast zwei Monate im Voraus erfolgte, kann ich kaum glauben, dass ich nicht bevorzugt behandelt wurde. Man bot mir an, am nächsten Tag nachzufragen, ob eine Änderung möglich sei. Ehrlich gesagt, wenn ich mir schon die Mühe machen muss, deren Missmanagement zu beheben, werde ich gar nicht erst zur Rezeption gehen, um die Änderung zu beantragen. Der zweite Fehler war, dass ich mein Gepäck selbst in die Gepäckaufbewahrung bringen musste. Normalerweise sollte das Hotel das Gepäck selbst transportieren. Wenn ich es schon selbst machen muss, kann ich mich genauso gut gleich an den Computer an der Rezeption setzen und meine Reservierung selbst verwalten. Schließlich, bei dem wenigen Service, den sie bieten, kann ich das ja gleich selbst erledigen, oder? Abgesehen von der Nachlässigkeit des Reinigungspersonals (ich fand am ersten Tag Porzellannägel in meinem Zimmer, konnte aber kein Foto machen) und dem oben beschriebenen Rezeptionspersonal war das Restaurantpersonal das absolute Highlight des Hotels. Sie waren freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und fleißig. Das Buffet bot fast alles: Säfte, verschiedene Milchsorten, Kakao und Tees. An Speisen gab es Süßes, Herzhaftes und Gerichte à la carte. Auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 würde ich dem Restaurant aufgrund meiner Erfahrung gerade so 5 Punkte geben.

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht und hatten im Voraus Bescheid gegeben, dass wir spät ankommen würden. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein barrierefreies Zimmer. Das Hotel war ausgebucht, ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Es war nicht komfortabel, da das Badezimmer komplett nass wurde, die Duschbrause keine Halterung hatte, was das Duschen unpraktisch machte, und es weder einen Kleiderschrank noch sonstige Ablagemöglichkeiten gab – lediglich eine verschiebbare Kleiderstange ohne Haken, die somit unbrauchbar war. Das Bett war jedoch bequem, die Ausstattung modern und das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Good stay, but lacks the ”extra mile” for the price Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I stayed at the NH Valencia Las Ciencias for 3 nights. Overall, it was a good stay, but for the price paid, I expected a bit more attention to detail. 🟢 The Positives Great Location: The hotel is very well-located, making it easy to get around and explore Valencia. Pet Friendly: It’s great that they allow pets, which was a huge plus for my trip. 🔴 The Cons & Areas for Improvement Expensive Pet Fee: While they are pet-friendly, charging €25 per night for a pet feels a bit expensive. Room Amenities Lacking: For this price point, the details matter. The coffee machine in my room was not working. Additionally, basic items like slippers/room shoes were missing, and there was no dental kit in the bathroom (I had to specifically request one from reception). Final Verdict It is a solid 4-star experience for a first-time visit, but because of the high price and the small things that could be improved, I don’t think I will choose to come back again.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, besonders nahe der U-Bahn-Station, hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen super großen Supermarkt, es ist sehr bequem zu kaufen, es gibt auch Cafés, um Frühstück zu essen. Wenn ich gehe, hat das Hotel das Zimmer voll und kostenlos aktualisiert. Das Zimmer hat zwei kostenlose Wasserschränke.

Der Service ist gut, das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, die Anlage ist ein bisschen alt und es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Wissenschaftsstadt.
