Sercotel Valencia Ruzafa

We had such a lovely stay here. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were given a map and talked through all the best places to visit, as well as recommendations for restaurants and bars. They even explained which metro or bus to take to the beach and which tickets would save us the most money, which was so helpful when visiting Valencia for the first time. The location was brilliant. Although the hotel is very close to the train station, we found it surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The main shopping areas are only a short walk away, and it was really easy to explore most of the city on foot. The rooftop pool is more of a small plunge/dipping pool rather than somewhere you would go for a proper swim, but honestly, with the Valencia heat it was perfect for cooling off! The pool area itself is quite small with limited sunbeds, but everyone was really friendly and considerate… guests would even let each other know when they were leaving so someone else could take their sunbed. The hotel itself felt modern, clean and comfortable, and overall we had a really enjoyable stay. The combination of the location and genuinely lovely staff made it somewhere we would happily stay again. ❤️

Feels like a business hotel, good value, decent amenities. If you’re looking for a budget hotel this isn’t bad.

Great hotel, New, clean, good location, would be good they had made a toilet by the pool (slash pool) and a rubbish bin, some people just left rubbish on the tables. I would stay here again for sure

It was an amazing stay! New hotel with great service😊 would visit again next time!

It was quiet and clea, also i was in a great location. It is close to everywhere.
