Hotels in Wuhan mit Parkplatz

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Der Standort liegt direkt am Vanke Future Center und die U-Bahn befindet sich direkt unten. Es ist recht bequem, mit der U-Bahn zu reisen. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu klein und sehr sauber, im üblichen Ascott-Stil. Allerdings gab es beim Einchecken ein Problem mit dem Fernseher. Nachdem wir es an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sofort jemand kommen und es überprüfen würde. Wir warteten jedoch lange, bis wir an der Rezeption anriefen, bevor endlich jemand anrief Ich schätze, wir haben es vergessen, aber das TV-Problem wurde am nächsten Tag sofort gelöst. Außerdem sprach am Tag des Eincheckens einer der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, ohne die Leute anzusehen, was den Leuten das Gefühl gab, ihre Einstellung sei nicht sehr gut.

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Location is great. But beware there is 2 hotel same name hotel near by ard 800m to 1 km. This is the one next to pedsestrian street.

Der gutaussehende Xiao Yuan an der Rezeption war sehr nett und engagiert. Er kam sofort herbei, um uns mit dem Gepäck zu helfen, sobald er es sah. Der Service war super. An der Rezeption saß auch eine kurzhaarige Dame, die vermutlich von der Geschäftsleitung stammte. Sie war ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Service war bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Die Hotellobby war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Einrichtungsstil gefiel mir sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Es war sehr praktisch, die nahegelegenen Spielplätze zu besuchen. Es war gut zu essen, zu trinken und Spaß zu haben. Alles war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder wählen. Es ist wirklich toll und einen Aufenthalt wert. 👍

Spontan gebucht, der Preis war okay. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Flussufer, auf der anderen Seite des Flusses gibt es eine schöne Aussicht, und in der Nähe befinden sich historische Residenzen und beliebte Straßen, ideal für Geschäftsreisen. Der Service war auch exzellent, die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und effizient, und der Concierge war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß und über Trip.com gab es sogar einen Getränkegutschein, den ich für einen Latte eingelöst habe.

Wish to receive better service next time since it’s not nice to be pushed to check out at the exact time. There should be some flexibility.

Das Hotel ist gut zu finden und der Service war auch sehr gut. Es sind viele Aufzüge und es viel los in dem Hotel was manchmal etwas verwirrend sein kann. Es liegt sehr zentral in einem Seitenarm der Fußgängermeile dort. Es war sehr angenehm das der Check in nicht lange dauerte und man schnell auf sein Zimmer konnte. 

Der Personalservice ist sehr enthusiastisch und reagiert rechtzeitig. Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind perfekt, trockene Trennung ist sehr sauber, das Leben komfortabel und entspannt ist eine sehr zufriedene Aufenthaltserfahrung
