Das Hotel war sehr modern, sauber und das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Wir konnten unsere großen Taschen im Hotel verlassen, während wir einige kurze Reisen in verschiedene Städte gegangen waren. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und nur ein U-Bahn-Stopp von Lasten von Einkaufen und Essen in Jiedaokou

Our taxi driver dropped us at the wrong location but the hotel staff came and rescued us thankfully. Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful location surrounded by amazing views, really clean and tidy hotel and room, massive comfortable bed, great breakfast (they even catered to me being a vegetarian by not using bone broth in the noodles), a nice little gym to use. The pool was unfortunately empty and not in use but it didn't take away from our stay at all. Very much recommend this if you love quiet and calm places, surrounded by nature.

Fantastic Stay at Four Points by Sheraton My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons 1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. 2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. 3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options. 4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Die Personalservice-Einstellung ist enthusiastisch und sorgfältig, der Kundenservice ist rechtzeitig und verantwortungsvoll, und es gibt Probleme, die mit Geduld helfen können. Die Frühstückszubereitung ist sehr reichhaltig, die Gerichte sind frisch und ernährungsreich. Despite the reasonable price, the quality of the stay is impressive. Even for a solo traveler, it feels like great value for money. From the 22nd floor, you can enjoy a pleasant city view, which adds to the overall experience. Another highlight is the excellent service from the front desk staff. They communicate efficiently through WeChat and provide clear and helpful recommendations throughout the stay. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location, good facilities, and outstanding service at an affordable price.

Fantastische Lage, sehr nahe der Metro Line 5, zu Fuß bis zum Gelben Kranturm und dem Yangtze River Brücke für die Nachtblick des Wuhan Tower, der hellgefüllte Gelbe Kranturm (die auch vom Balkon dieses Hauses angesehen werden kann) und die Kreuzfahrtboote in Yangtze River unterhalb bedient. Die Restaurants sind in der Nachbarschaft reichlich, mit warmer干面 nur bei CNY 6 verkauft, billig und lecker. Der Besitzer ist ein freundlicher Mann, der gut Englisch spricht und klare Anweisungen zum Aufenthalt geben kann. Er ist so nett, dass er sogar mein einzelnes Zimmer auf ein mit einem Queen-size-Bett upgrade. Danke, Sir. Wenn ich wieder mit meiner Familie nach Wuhan gehe, werde ich wieder hier bleiben, wenn es einen Urlaub gibt 😊😂. Eine andere gute Sache ist, in diesem Heimaufenthalt können Sie die Privatsphäre in vollem Umfang genießen 👍

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

去年三月老武大櫻花住過帥府，依山而建的酒店，離地鐵8號線小洪山地鐵站Ⓜ️近。去年是住在附樓二樓，不足是窗户看不見風景，通風不好，但還安靜。今年女性節帶老婆週末遊武漢，想找個相對熟悉的酒店，就提前網上預訂了商務樓9樓的大床房。感謝酒店前台領班及服務員的耐心及周到服務（特別是前台一個男服務生，幫我們備註了靠山一面的要求），幫我們預留了靠山的8909。白天基本在外面景點玩，晚上十點回酒店，還比較安靜，清晨短暫眺望川外，風景好，總體感覺不錯！給個建議：如果酒店可以提供洗澡後穿的那種長睡衣更好！（忘記拍酒店圖片了）如果三月中下旬有去武大看櫻花的，這酒店是個可以考慮的選擇。
