## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. Amazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

Es wird Sie ca. 1.5 h dauern, um mit der U-Bahn oder ca. 50 Minuten mit Taxi (DiDi) in das Stadtzentrum zu kommen. Neat die Metro gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum, wo Sie alles finden können, was Sie möglicherweise brauchen (die Desserts aus Holiland sind erstaunlich!) Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und Sie können sicher etwas leckeres zu essen sowohl aus der lokalen Küche als auch als einige westliche Dinge. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Ich genossen den Aufenthalt und hatte die Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen.

Das Hotelpersonal ist überwältigend. Sehr nett und willkommen. Check-in war reibungslos und schnell , das Personal ist sehr nett, schnell und hilfreich bei der Beantwortung von Fragen und bei der Bearbeitung von Fragen. Am zweiten Tag hatte sie eine Notreise nach Peking, Frau Pang Ping und Wang halfen organisieren Transport zum Flughafen, um die U-Bahn nach Peking zu bekommen, sie setzte sich an, um zu sehen, wo wir bei unserer Rückkehr erreicht hatten und organisierte ein Auto, um uns zu holen, seit wir Sie hat uns gut an das Abendpersonal übergeben, um uns bei der späten Nacht wieder ins Hotel zu helfen. Herr Wang, unser Fahrer zum Flughafen sprach Englisch und hilfreich war, uns Richtungen zu den U-Bahn- und Bahnhof zu geben. Der Fahrer, Herr Chen, ein sehr nettes Mann, war bereits am Flughafen, als wir uns aufholten. Als wir zum Hotel kamen, hielte er für eine Erfrischung aus dem Hotelrestaurant. Wir hatten einen frühen Morgenflug und Frau Song Jia und Frau Wang Qian waren sehr nett, uns um 4:30 Uhr aufzurufen, für uns ein Auto zum Flughafen zu organisieren und uns mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen. Der Hotel-Aufenthalt war insgesamt komfortabel und schön. Im Geschäftszimmer mit Doppelzimmer schlafen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Im Hotel gibt es ein eigenes Waschzimmer. Ausgezeichneter Service und Personal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen und der Aufenthalt vollwertig. Empfehlenswert für Reisende, die einen ruhigen Nachtaufenthalt wollen und auch nahe dem Flughafen Hotel 🥰😘

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Zunächst zum Check-in-Erlebnis: Für jemanden, der normalerweise nur in Luxushotels übernachtet, war es makellos und höchst zufriedenstellend. **Lage**: Wer Tianjin besucht, findet hier zweifellos die perfekte Unterkunft, da das Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen Tianjins entfernt ist. **Check-in-Bewertung**: Von dem Moment an, als wir eintraten, war jeder Aspekt äußerst zufriedenstellend: die Atmosphäre, der Geruch und das Ambiente der Lobby sowie die herzliche Einstellung des Personals. **Zimmerbewertung**: Als ich die Zimmertür öffnete, schien die Sonne herein, und in der Ferne ragten Hochhäuser empor. Ich brühte eine Kaffeekapsel auf, sank ins Bett, lehnte mich ans Kopfteil und schaltete den Fernseher mit Musik ein, deren Klang den Schlaf- und Badezimmerraum umhüllte. Abends, zurück im Hotel, bestellte ich einen kleinen Drink, sah mir die Silvesterfeierlichkeiten an und legte die Reisemüdigkeit ab. **Essensbewertung**: Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig genug. Meine Eltern genossen köstliche Wan-Tans, und die Kinder aßen leckere Desserts. Als ich mich für Kaffee anstellte, bot ein Mitarbeiter aktiv an, mir an einer anderen Maschine einen Kaffee zuzubereiten, der mit dem eines Cafés vergleichbar war, ganz anders als der eisgekühlte Americano aus einem Vollautomaten. Meine Frau und ich schrieben aktiv unsere Bewertung auf die Notizzettel im Zimmer. Ich schrieb, dass ich sehr zufrieden war, und sie schrieb, dass wir beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen würden. Frohes neues Jahr 2026. Diese Reise nach Tianjin wurde durch das Four Seasons Hotel noch perfekter!

Wir haben als Familie ein Wochenende im Shangri-la in Tianjin verbracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Professioneller Service auf hohem Niveau, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gut ausgestattete und geräumige Zimmer, gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben vom Clubzugang profitiert, und haben die Ruhe und die Aussicht sehr genossen. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendbuffet, während des Nachmittagstees waren wir in der Stadt unterwegs) bot keinen Anlass zur Klage. Vom Hotel sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum und entlang des Haihe fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Hauptbahnhof liegt dicht bei. Alles in allem: Eine klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hotel is situated at a very convenient location with the main shopping street 滨江道 opposite. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Initially I was worried about the central heating during winter (Nov to Mar) which there is no cooling from their aircon, and it worsen when i was checking in when there are people checking out due to too hot. But our receptionist has arrange a cooler room for us where it does not face the sun and also has a humidifier that can put ice inside for cooling. Furthermore there is a small window on top that can be opened and with the high level, the room is cold and comfortable. The room is beautiful and huge and well kept by the room service everyday. The bathroom is huge with a huge bathtub which my kids love and the scenery is beautiful. ******* food delivery is also convenient as they got robot to send up. All in all, the room is very valuable for the price and i really love every single night in the hotel.

Ruhige Nachbarschaft mit einer Handvoll Restaurants in der Nähe, darunter McDonald's. Zimmer ist sauber, Handtücher sind sanitiert und in Taschen versiegelt. Ein wenig durch den Verkehr, da es neben einer multi-Bahn-Autobahn ist, aber nicht laut. Die Einrichtungen sind grundlegende, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten MRT-Station, etwa 40 Minuten Zugfahrt zum Bahnhof Tianjin, direkte Linie 9. Ausgestaltet kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Gut für Übernachtung oder kurze Aufenthalte.
