Amazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

The hotel is situated in the suburbs, but there is a metro station within 500 m from the hotel. It will take you about 1.5 h to get to the city center by metro or about 50 minutes by taxi (DiDi). Neat the metro there is a big shopping center where you can find everything you may potentially need (those desserts from Holiland are amazing!) The breakfast is very tasty and you can definitely find something tasty to eat both from local cuisine as well as some Western-style things. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay and had a possibility to relax.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Betten weich und bequem, das Personal aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker, die Lage praktisch und der Service von Esther an der Rezeption ist ebenfalls super gut und zuvorkommend! Ich werde es wieder wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Tianjin reise!

Hotel looks great from the outside and the room was clean enough. It's close to shopping malls and a subway station, which is good as its a fair way from the older part of town. Breakfast was varied and tasty. However, for an international chain, the lack of English - speaking staff was surprising. Overall, not the best value for money in my opinion.

Dieses Hotel war unglaublich. Das Personal war so hilfreich und aufmerksam. Ich hatte ursprünglich ein nicht-Fensterzimmer gebucht und sie gab mir eine kostenlose Upgrade zu einem Fensterzimmer im achten Stock mit einem King-Size-Bett. Mein Erlebnis war ganze Zeit fantastisch. Das Hotel-Front Desk ist über WeChat mit mir verbunden und ich konnte jederzeit Fragen stellen. 24-Stunden-Service Desk und jemand ist immer verfügbar. Kostenlose Gepäcklagerung mit zusätzlichem Sicherheitsschutz; kostenlose Tee und Süßigkeiten am Check-in-Desk; kostenlose Waschservice, wo Sie wählen können, um Ihre Kleidung sortiert nach Farbe; Lieferroboter; und ein riesiges Zimmer. Hinweis: Im Winter verwenden sie Zentralheizung. Die Temperatur in Tianjin hatte begonnen, zu heizen, so habe ich versucht, die Klimaanlage zu wechseln. Es begann, warme Luft zu blasen! Also habe ich das Front Desk um 3 Uhr geboten, um darüber zu fragen, und sie warnten mich, dass die Heizung zentral kontrolliert wurde, aber sie konnten meine Bodenheizung ausschalten. Sie haben das getan, und alles wurde gelöst. Aber sie bot mir auch einen Fan und einen kleinen Klimaanlagen an, wenn ich noch zu heiß war! Das einzige, was mich beunruhigt hat, ist, dass die Achttelmundkorridore und der Halle ein wenig von Zigaretten rauchen. Und gelegentlich würde der Geruch in mein Zimmer kommen. Das Zimmer schien nicht zu rauchen, aber manchmal riechte es von Zigaretten. Der Taxi ist auch ein wenig schwierig, weil die Autos nicht in den Parkplatz kommen dürfen. Und der U-Bahnhof ist etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Andererseits ist eines der schönsten Hotels, auf denen ich in China geblieben habe.

Ganz gleich, in welche Stadt ich aus touristischen oder geschäftlichen Gründen reise, Wien ist mein Hotel erster Wahl. Das saubere und helle Zimmer, die weichen und bequemen Betten und die cremefarbene Dekoration sorgen für eine besonders warme Atmosphäre. Der exklusive und geräumige Parkplatz, die Lage direkt vor dem U-Bahn-Eingang, die begeisterte Dame an der Rezeption und das große Frühstücksangebot machten diese Reise noch schöner.

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.
