Die Aussicht auf das Hotel ist absolut erstaunlich es fühlt sich wie Sie in Guilin, umgeben von schönen Bergen. Ich habe das Zimmer Lan Shan mit einem privaten Pool reserviert. Der Pool war mäßig sauber und ziemlich klein perfekt für Fotos und Entspannung, aber nicht ideal für ernstes Schwimmen. Ein Kopf-up für weibliche Gäste: Während meiner Aufenthalte fühlten wir uns etwas unbehaglich, als ein Drohnen über den Kopf fliegte, während wir den Pool nutzen. Obwohl das Hotel eindeutig Drohnen verbietet (alle Gäste müssen eine Vereinbarung unterzeichnen), gab es in der Nähe ein Radfahrer, und wir waren nicht sicher, wer der Drohnen gehört. Wenn Sie ein Bikini oder ein Schwimmkleid tragen wollen, sollten Sie nur extra aufmerksam sein und gelegentlich Ihre Umgebung für die Privatsphäre überprüfen, da es Ihren Komfort beeinträchtigen könnte. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, obwohl die Sauberkeit besser sein könnte. Allerdings war der Service hervorragend das Personal sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten und waren immer aufmerksam. Wir genossen das in-Room Frühstück, das sehr bequem war. Das Hotel bietet auch einen komplimentären Nachmittagsthee und einen kostenlosen Fotoshooting. Während der Käsekuchen besser geschmackt hätte, war der Fotograf freundlich und machte die Erfahrung Spaß. Insgesamt ist es eine friedliche und entspannende Getaway mit erstaunlicher Landschaft und großartiger Service nur vorsichtig um den Poolbereich, wenn Sie sich um die Privatsphäre besorgt sind.

Da wir etwas zu spät dran waren und die Hütten im Wald verpasst hatten, buchten wir stattdessen eine Hütte mit Seeblick. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir sogar noch begeisterter als erwartet. Die stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung abends war einfach atemberaubend! 👍 Auch die Umgebung des Campingplatzes war wunderschön; Fotos P56 wurden in der Nähe der Rezeption aufgenommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Butlerservice; er war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Obwohl wir erst um 10:30 Uhr aufgestanden sind, brachten sie uns trotzdem Nudeln aufs Zimmer! 👍 Unsere Fragen wurden stets prompt beantwortet, was uns viel Ärger ersparte. 👍 Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Atmosphäre und der Service waren gut, aber am Nachmittag, wenn die Touristenmassen am stärksten waren, fotografierten zu viele Besucher. Ich musste 40 Minuten anstehen, um zurück ins Hotel zu kommen. Warum dürfen Hotelgäste nicht zuerst einsteigen? Das könnte im Wartebereich deutlich gekennzeichnet sein. Wie können sie wie normale Touristen behandelt werden? Manche Leute stellten sich gar nicht an; eine Person vertrat sie, und der Rest ihrer Familie drängte sich vor – mit einer äußerst arroganten Art. Ich schlage vor, dass das Personal das unterbindet. Ein Ticket garantiert keine Mitfahrt; warum müssen so viele Ticketinhaber im Wartebereich warten? Zur Hauptverkehrszeit fotografierten viele Touristen den Sonnenuntergang, und ich sah einige Fahrzeuge im Leerlauf. Warum ließ man nicht noch mehr Leute fotografieren? Hotelgäste sollten Vorrang haben; sonst, warum im Hotel bleiben? Einfach ein Ticket kaufen und spazieren gehen. Ich schlage vor, dass Sie das Management überdenken. Der Tee war übrigens sehr gut, und die Aktivitäten waren lehrreich. Die Fahrer der Sightseeing-Busse waren übrigens sehr hilfsbereit.

Dieses Aufenthalt wurde völlig gepulvert! Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, der U-Bahn-Gang ist drei Minuten zu Fuß und der Kauf von Nahrungsmitteln in der Umgebung ist bequem. Der Rezeptionservice ist enthusiastisch und effizient und hat die hochrangige Landschaftszimmer aktiv aktualisiert. Das Zimmer ist modern gedesignt, die Betten sind schwach, die Haut ist schwach, die Sound-Effizienz ist großartig und die Nacht ist gut. Die Toilette ist trocken und ist hoch in der Toilette und die Wassermenge ist reichhaltig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Pflegefläche und die lokalen Eigenschaften sind überraschend. Die Details sind reichhaltig: kostenlose Mini-Bar, Nachtbettservice-Begleiterheilung zeigt den Herzensgefühl. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wird sicherlich wieder wählen, stark für Reisende, die Qualität verfolgen!

Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.

We stayed in the villa room the first night as we were travelling with kids and elderly. As the villa is not available on the 2nd night so we changed to two hotel rooms for the 2nd night. We enjoyed the villa room a lot more as the other hotel room booked for the elderly has a strong smoking smell even at the corridor. The hotel should strictly impose non-smoking floors. Overall kids enjoy the amenities but there were a lot people smoking at the hotel lobby. What we didn't like the most and for the low rating is that at the Chinese restaurant of the hotel, we deliberately asked the staff if the restaurant allows smoking or not and they said they have non-smoking policy. However, the table next to us had 2 men smoking. Though we raised this to the staff and they reminded the other guests, there was no use and they continued to smoke so we had to finish quickly. This was such a non pleasant experience.

Our family recently stayed here, and the experience exceeded every expectation we had. The house was absolutely beautiful, with tasteful finishes and attention to detail that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. There was a real sense of grandeur throughout the property. One of the highlights was the complimentary dinner voucher, which gave us a family-sized feast. The meal was exceptional, fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. We kept saying it felt like it was made with love. There is so much to do that boredom is simply not an option. The Water World attraction is just a short walk away, and every time we explored the grounds we seemed to discover something new. It felt like a gift that just kept on giving. The hot tub, barbecue facilities, and karaoke were all fantastic additions that made our stay even more memorable. The staff deserve special mention. They were attentive, genuinely friendly, and always willing to help. Their warmth made us feel valued throughout our stay. The on-site marketplace offers a great range of conveniences, making it easy to pick up anything you might need. As a coffee lover, I especially appreciated the coffee shop, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Choosing to return again and again has been an easy decision for our family. This is one of those rare places that delivers far more than it promises, and we cannot wait for our next visit
