Hotels mit Abhol- und Bringservice in Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. 剛開業設施還有一些沒完善，我們也算是“嚐鮮”了，提下問題:圖8鏡子加個燈亮點就好了，這樣更方便女孩們梳粧打扮。圖9我覺得廁所🚾旁應該有個洗手枱更加方便哦！然後來評價一下滿意在哪裡吧!我個人最滿意是每個員工都很有禮貌好好説話，有問必答超熱情的❤天氣冷小姐姐好細心，下午茶和早餐都會提前問我什麼時候吃什麼時候再給我們做這是超加分的哦！好期待下次再次相見會更好哦！

服務很好，老闆人都很nice，很熱情！重點是老闆做的早餐很原生態，超級好吃！設施齊備，衞生做的很好，一個清靜適合放鬆的民宿，在房間能看到外面的大山感受大自然，可以在溪邊散散步，呼吸一下大山的空氣，值得散心的絕佳地！

酒店有地面停車場和地下車庫，共四部電梯搭乘需刷房卡。除夕夜選擇套房家人一齊入住，圓桌可圍爐，酒店員工非常親切和藹，大堂有新春特色項目同樂，晚間還特地派送紅豆沙湯圓甜湯。房間整潔寬敞舒適，浴室乾濕分離。春節早餐到10點半，蠻豐富，餐具有提供叉子，就是餐廳的壁掛監控顯示屏比電視都大不知出於哪種考慮。建議套房能否改為瓶裝按壓式洗漱用品。地理位置優越，正月初一自駕到古龍峽景區相當便捷。

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

Highly recommended! Very close to Gulongxia. Loved the zen vibe here at this homestay, next to a stream! Got to know from the homestay owner that they just opened, so everything is new! Breakfast provided, it was simple but hearty. The stay came with afternoon tea set. We also had a bonfire set up by the owner, It was nice for a cold day!. For dinner, please try the homestay’s owner recommendation at the restaurant just outside his homestay. It’s farm to table food, Qing Yuan chicken is a must try! Vegetables are fresh too. Our entire Guangdong travel, this Qing Yuan homestay and their local food is our highlight! We wished we could stay longer!

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht, als wir die Reservierung vorgenommen haben. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es war sehr entspannend Nachts gegen das Glasfenster im Zimmer drücken. Die Hälfte der Zeit, in der ich mich entschied, dieses B&B zu buchen, ging ich in das chinesische Restaurant Mi Cang im Hotel, das angeblich von White Swan geführt wurde, aber das Essen war enttäuschend. Das Essen war zu salzig, das Ingwerhähnchen war sehr Der Hackbraten war salzig und die Reisnudeln waren ungenießbar. Das einzig Gute war, dass mir nach dem Abendessen etwas übel wurde. Was ich auch bemängeln möchte, ist der Service des Hotels. Es scheint, dass es keine systematische Schulung gibt und der Service nicht dem Zimmerpreis entspricht. Es gibt morgens nur wenige westliche Restaurants zum Frühstück und die Hygiene ist durchschnittlich. Wäre da nicht die insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre, würde ich eine negative Bewertung abgeben. Ich werde es das nächste Mal nicht wählen.

Sehr zufrieden mit den Dienstleistungen des Hotels, die Umgebung ist schön und komfortabel; Die Qualität des Services ist gut, die Einstellung des Rezeptionspersonals ist enthusiastisch und freundlich, die freundliche Empfangspflicht und die Arbeit von Zhongzhou ist lobenswert.
