VVerlin7077Der Service war über die Erwartungen hinaus. Alle Mitarbeiter bedienten mit Begeisterung und Freundlichkeit. Sie sind proaktiv und machen uns sehr willkommen. Sie holten uns vom Nordgate und nach dem Auschecken schicken uns den ganzen Weg zum Nordgate.. Sie sind das einzige Hotel, das ich in China so weit verblieben habe, das uns in Englisch anstatt in Chinesisch mitgeteilt hat. Der Nachmittagsthee, den sie servieren, kommt mit Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken von sehr hoher Qualität. Es gibt auch Miao Kostüme und Zubehör, die Sie von der Lobby nehmen können kostenlos zu nehmen. Es war ein starker Aufstieg zum Hotel, aber die Aussicht vom Zimmer macht es wert. Die Lage ist möglicherweise nicht für Gruppen mit sehr jungen Kindern und älteren Menschen mit schlechter Stärke geeignet.

- Easy access from the Nortg gate and easy to go to the main village area and restaurants. Just 3-5 mins walk, don't have to climb a lot of stairs.
- The staff are kind and helpful, always guiding me around the tourist spots, helping with luggage, and helping me carry them down the stairs.
- There are traditional clothes for free, there are photo spots at the hotel, and there are roof props for taking photos with the village.
- The room is really nice, beautiful as in the picture, clean and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful.
**Highly recommended. I'm very impressed with this hotel.

GGrace W_WGetting from the scenic area parking lot into any hotels in Qianhu Miao village can be very challenging. You would need to walk over 600 meters with luggage, queue for a local shuttle, and then walk or climb stairs again to reach whatever hotel you book. As a solo traveler with my young daughter and two suitcases, this initially felt overwhelming when thinking about this idea .
I’m truely glad that I chose to stay with this hotel. Before we arrived, the staff proactively contacted me via WeChat and sent someone to meet us at the ticket checkpoint outside of the village to help with our luggage, and guide us onto the shuttle. This thoughtful assistance made a huge difference.
The hotel’s location was perfect, right next to the viewing platform. After getting off the electric shuttle, it took only one minute walk to reach the lobby. The views from the lobby, rooftop, and room are absolutely stunning. We didn’t need to visit crowded public viewpoints — enjoying the sparkling night view of the Miao village from our room was more than enough.
The Breakfast was generous and delicious, with surprisingly good coffee. A very good sour fish soup restaurant is located nearby. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They patiently taught my daughter the Miao ethnic batik indigo dye — she loved it so much that she couldn’t stop. On the fifth floor, the hotel also offers a variety of ethnic costumes for photo shoots. Even after checkout, they still helped carry our luggage all the way to the parking lot, which was truly appreciated.
Although our stay was short, we could truly feel the care, attention to detail, and kindness from everyone at the hotel. Staying here felt more like being at home than at a hotel. We will definitely come back again and stay for longer. Strongly recommended!

Jj_sunWe picked Wu Wei hotel after reading the positive reviews online and we’re so glad to have spent 2 nights here exploring XiJiang Miao Village. Hotel is super organised and butler xiao qi (管家小飞）contacted us the day before arrival to organise our stay. There’s two options for getting into the scenic area 1. Scenic bus which is covered by the entry ticket but takes 30-40 mins to get to the hotel via scenic route and you will need to line up/wait for other passengers. 2. We took the VIP route which is 50 rmb per person and takes us direct to the hotel (10 mins) which is located right next to the main viewing platform. 小七organised transportation from the main gate and picked us up/carried our suitcases (both on arrival and departure) He is just the sweetest!
Hotel is new as it’s only built last year and is designed for the aesthetic eye. We booked the 270 degree room with a terrace and I highly recommend this option as it’s the only room in the hotel that has balcony views. It’s seriously an amazing sight and waking up to this every morning is incredible! Both breakfast and afternoon tea were also fabulous!

GGastnutzerI’m very impressed with the service from all the staff . All of the staff are very helpful friendly n customer orientated the owner had really trained their staff well. I had 3 elderly travelling with me and I fretted for not packing lighter bags as I figured from reviews there were many steps to the hotel. However when I communicate with the hotel , they kindly had 2 young butler to meet us at the ticket booth at the scenic entrance. They assisted with the ticket purchase ,recommended places to eat n helped me booked the ticket to watch the cultural show . They helped us carry our luggage’s to the bus and also carried to the hotel. I am so glad. The hotel maybe a little taxing for elderly as steps are quite many , but I assure the view is one of the best n the rooms we booked were very nicely decorated n really comfortable. Highly recommended

Zunächst einmal möchte ich den kleinen Stadtführer berühmt loben, sein Service ist wirklich sehr positiv aufmerksam! Seit wir noch nicht ankommen, hat die kleine Stadt aktiv Kontakt aufgenommen und die Verkehrsrouten und Aufmerksamkeit in detaillierter Weise informiert. Als wir die Navigation fertig sahen, aber nicht die Leute verwirrten, konnte er sofort heiß vor uns kommen und uns auf dem Weg vorsichtig bewahren, um uns zu behandeln und viele Probleme mit Lauton zu retten.
Das Volksmahlzeiten waren auch lecker 🤤 Nachmittags sitzen Sie auf der Terrasse und genießen Sie die gemütliche Nachmittagsschlafkappe. Siehte den Feuerbrand aus dem Fenster an, die Zeit scheint langsam zu sein. Und die beweglichsten Details sind die heißen Nachten von Ansnow Silver Ohren, bevor Sie schlafen. Nach einem Tag, um zu spielen, trinken Sie eine saubere, saubere Suppe und waschen Sie alle Schale im Moment.

GGastnutzerVery good view and helpful staff. They arrange for people to help pick us up from 小北门and help carry the luggage. As it is non peak season, they upgrade us to a room with balcony. The view was stunning. Can see the whole view from room balcony so don’t need to go to the 观景台。They also provide the 苗族costume free. So my wife wear it and took pictures from our room balcony.

AAK=)Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the boss himself — a genuinely kind and thoughtful man. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Later, he informed us that if we wished to visit the city center where the Miao Village is located, they could easily arrange a ride for us, and we could simply message them anytime for a return trip. He even reminded us to double-check their contact number to ensure we could always reach them.
At the lobby, fresh fruits and tea were prepared for guests — a lovely and thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Although the boss humbly mentioned he isn’t a true tea connoisseur, he still took the effort to serve us sincerely and warmly.
When it was time to check out, as our car was waiting, the boss personally came over to make sure we had water for the journey. He kindly offered bottled water and even wanted to give more, but we gratefully accepted two — already more than enough.
The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what truly makes this place special is the warmth and sincerity of the boss. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk.
They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain.
To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.
