The service provided was beyond expectations. All the staff served with enthusiam and friendliness. They are proactive and made us feel very welcomed. They picked us up from the North gate and after checking out send us all the way to the North gate.. they are the only hotel i have stayed in China so far that took the trouble to message us in English instead of Chinese. The afternoon tea they serve comes with food and drinks of very high quality. There are also Miao costumes and accessories you can borrow from the lobby for free to take pictures. It was a steep climb to the hotel but the view from the room makes it worthwhile. The location might not be suitable for groups with very young children and elderly with poor strength.

Zum ersten Mal kam ich in Xiang, weil das Lesen einen guten Eindruck hinterließ. Zunächst ist die Service-Einstellung sehr gut, dann ist das Frühstück sehr lecker! Die Lage im Zimmer ist sehr gut und sieht die Landschaft von fast ganzen Xiang-Millions. Obwohl es zwei Tage regnet, hat es Gäste, die den Regen zu trinken und den Regen zu sehen, und es ist sehr freundlich. We picked Wu Wei hotel after reading the positive reviews online and we’re so glad to have spent 2 nights here exploring XiJiang Miao Village. Hotel is super organised and butler xiao qi (管家小飞）contacted us the day before arrival to organise our stay. There’s two options for getting into the scenic area 1. Scenic bus which is covered by the entry ticket but takes 30-40 mins to get to the hotel via scenic route and you will need to line up/wait for other passengers. 2. We took the VIP route which is 50 rmb per person and takes us direct to the hotel (10 mins) which is located right next to the main viewing platform. 小七organised transportation from the main gate and picked us up/carried our suitcases (both on arrival and departure) He is just the sweetest! Hotel is new as it’s only built last year and is designed for the aesthetic eye. We booked the 270 degree room with a terrace and I highly recommend this option as it’s the only room in the hotel that has balcony views. It’s seriously an amazing sight and waking up to this every morning is incredible! Both breakfast and afternoon tea were also fabulous! Highly highly recommend - 5 stars all the way 🙂

Schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht auf das Dorf Miao, super sauber und schönes Zimmer. So sehr geschätzt und gut kümmern Sie sich um meine 2 Nächte verbrachte. Frühstück ziemlich schön wie Mama kocht und nachmittags Tee machen mich vergessen, wie müde von Reisen eine Woche lang! Kaffee ist auch hervorragend geschmackvoll. Vielen Dank für Mr.Wang holen, sorgen und schlagen alle Optionen, um zu versuchen, wenn Sie im Dorf verbringen. Das ist mein bestes Ziel von haven nicht nach China für viele Jahre reist. Vollkommen attraktiv mein Herz!! Gut zu gehen!!!! ❤️

Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung ist super. Der Föhn ist derselbe wie zu Hause, sodass meine Wäsche nicht ewig zum Trocknen braucht. Sauberkeit: Ich kam früh an, und das Gästehaus hat sofort alles für mich gereinigt. Es war sehr sauber, und auf Desinfektion wurde großen Wert gelegt. Es gab auch Einweg-Toilettenartikel in Badewanne und Bad, was sehr aufmerksam war. Umgebung: Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang von der Aussichtsplattform entfernt, was wirklich schön ist. Der Blick auf das Miao-Dorf ist klar und wunderschön, und ich bin begeistert. Service: Der Service war exzellent. Ich wurde mit einem Begrüßungs-Früchtetee am Nachmittag empfangen, und sogar das Frühstück wurde mir aufs Zimmer gebracht. Es war wirklich hervorragend, und ich war begeistert! Ich werde es meinen Freunden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, falls sie in Zukunft hierherkommen.

Das Schlafzimmer ist neu n die Lage ist gut, wenn Sie dreißig Treppen hoch können. Der Service ist sehr gut n helfen Sie, die Gepäck auf n abzuholen von den Xiao Bei Männern. Gut für junge Paare, aber nicht geeignet für alte Paare oder behinderte Menschen.

房間全屋智能非常便利，衞生也是很乾凈，而且還是乾濕分離，這對潔癖星人來説真的非常好😘。 因為酒店是在附近一個觀景台位置的下面，老闆會幫忙拿取行李，門口也有免費雨傘🌂使用，我們還沒到那的時候光在微信上老闆就非常耐心的回答我們的問題，服務真是好的不知從何誇起了👍👍👍 因為貴州多雨陰晴不定，在那呆了三天，每天都是會突然下雨，還好老闆這裏設施齊全，有洗衣機和烘乾機，不愁下雨衣服幹不了。 總而言之，酒店非常nice❗❗❗,讓我們這種遠方來的客人感到非常舒服，如果大家想出行便利一些，可以選這家，離一號風雨橋和牛棚營地，豬圈咖啡都很近，是一次很好的旅行體驗。🥰 圖三是返程時老闆冒雨幫我們送的行李，非常感謝！🙏🙏

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and equipped with smart controls, making it very comfortable and modern. It is the same as the picture. They had a lift too which is suitable for seniors and children. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with several parcel collections from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. At the last minute, they even helped purchase a birthday cake for my nephew from the city, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby. It’s also a great alternative for families who want to explore the area without staying in the Ancient Town — dragging luggage and changing buses there can be challenging. Whenever we were tired, we could simply take a Didi back to the hotel, and it drops you right at the door. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

The hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk. They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain. To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.

Mein Aufenthalt im Sanwan Huayu Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld online ausführlich informiert, mich aber letztendlich für dieses Hotel entschieden, da ich zum ersten Mal dort war und nicht genau wusste, was mich erwarten würde. Zu meiner Überraschung half mir das Personal mit meinem Gepäck, als wir im Naturschutzgebiet ankamen. Beim Betreten des Hotels war ich sofort beeindruckt, wie anders es war, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Die Lobby war geräumig und hatte sogar eine kleine Bar. Ich bekam ein Zimmer mit echtem Panoramablick; jedes Zimmer hier bietet eine großartige Aussicht und einen bequemen Sessel. Das Hotel liegt hinter dem Museum im Naturschutzgebiet Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, direkt neben dem Miao Ethnic Museum, mitten im Dorf. Ob man die Ausstellungsräume besucht oder nicht, die Lage ist hervorragend. Besonders loben möchte ich die Bettwäsche im Zimmer; die Laken und der Bettbezug waren aus hochwertigem Material und unglaublich weich, was für einen sehr erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village ist ein Ort mit atemberaubender Landschaft und reichem kulturellem Erbe, der eine Reise wert ist. Zusammen mit diesem komfortablen Hotel wurde die gesamte Reise außerordentlich angenehm. Ich kann es jedem, der eine Reise ins Miao-Dorf plant, wärmstens empfehlen.
