Awesome View from room. Bei Tage oder Nacht war es erstaunlich. Das Hotel war in der Attraktion SI 1000hu, deshalb müssen wir Eintrittskarten zuerst zahlen. Danke für das Hotel, das den Portier zur Hilfe mit unseren Gepäck bietet. Ich und mein Hubby betrachten Sie als Senioren, aber wir konnten langsam aufstehen. (Wenn sie ein Esel oder Pferd haben, um uns auf den Berg zu fahren, wird gut sein :) LOL) Es war müde, aber die Aussicht zu sehen war es alles wert. Das Zimmer Deco war riesig und antiken, sauber und gemütlich. Morgen kann man immer noch die Roster-Krosse hören. Verständlich, Das Zimmer kann nicht ganz klingeln, wie es in einem alten Dorf war, dass sie die Herkunft bewahrten. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie servierten nachmittags Tee in unserem Zimmer jeden Tag. Das Hotel Außenterrasse kann die gesamte Aussicht auf die Gegend sehen, war wirklich nett für IG. Nie langweilen mit der Aussicht. Glückwunsch. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend .. bis zum Hügel , so müssen Sie auf den Treppen sagen rund 10 Stock Gebäude hoch. Die Straße war nicht reibungslos. Aber wenn Sie ins Zimmer einchecken, erhalten Sie eine wunderbare Aussicht durch das Dorf aus dem Berg.Das Zimmer ist geräumig, extra sauber und gut dekoriert. Sehr glücklich bleiben , Ich will fast nicht umgehen, nur sitzen und entspannen am Balkon.

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful to guide you to the hotel location - it is located within the Miao scenic area so you need to buy ticket and travel by shuttle bus. It is very easy with the help of the hotel. The hotel is in an AMAZING location on top of the hill. Our room had views over the whole village and valley, I think it’s one of the best views from a hotel room I’ve ever had. Room was big, very clean and nice bed and bathroom. Very highly recommend that you stay here!! Miao village is so relaxing and nice, lovely streets to wander and friendly people.

Views from this hotel is fantastic...accentuated by the river and lights at night. Again, our stays exceeded the HIGH 5 Star ratings.... Ms Chen, Manager of the hotel is EXTREMELY helpful and resourceful in giving valuable suggestions thus making our stay, a delightful vacation. Well done, Ms Chen, an original Miao native and her efficient team, Ms Wu and others. Wonderful staff, including housekeeping... Definitely, will recommend to visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and staying at Xijiang Story Resort Hotel is a Super Plus advantage. Great location, in the heart of the scenic area. However, it is a little difficult to find using Amap but once you find the hotel, it’s easy to navigate. The hostess don’t speak English so foreigners have your translation app or WeChat ready. Also, you’ll need to pay the 110 yuan to access the hotel. The fee also includes access to sightseeing and scenic bus rides. The room was clean but I noticed mold in the bathroom where the caulking or tape along the window.
