Hotels in Jinjiang mit Parkplatz

I booked through a third party (trip.com) and the reservation policy was 100% pre-payment. Due to change of schedule, I needed to leave a day earlier than planned, but after checking with trip.com AI chat, they were unable to update the booking based on the reservation type. When I explained I was leaving early to reception, they mentioned they could refund the remaining night and contacted trip.com to mention they could accept the booking amendment. Thanks to the super helpful reception staff to help me amend the booking. Apart from that, the hotel is new and clean, while the room amenities are reasonable for the price.

This is a newly opened hotel in Quanzhou/Jinjiang. The location is convenient for visits to west street, wudianshi. It is also near shopping malls typically would take around 10-15min by taxi. Staff at the front desk and around the hotel are professional and friendly. There is also a robot that helped deliver replenishments and food. There is also a self service laundry room which is great for washing your clothes. The staff even offered to help to send clothes after drying to our room. I.e. you need to no wait at room for collection. Rooms are located at high floors in general starting from level 16. Space is decent compared to other hotels. There was slight renovation smell in the room given the hotel is new but was not too bad. A small suggestion to the hotel: please offer body lotion as it is a common service in most hotels. Overall, a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend choosing this hotel when you travel to Quanzhou/Jinjiang.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.

Anjia apartment is in nice residential area, just behind the Hilton hotel, and there is a food court nearby. It offers a beautiful view (see my photos). The apartment is not so close to Quanzhou as it looks on the map, and bus service is on an hourly basis. So, you are better using taxi or Didi. But it is not so far from Jinjiang Wudanshi Traditioal Blocks. The rent is pricey, but it is comfortable. Especially if it is a holiday they raised a price from 180 RMB to 326 RMB. Guests are required to do a self-check-in. However, there are no fabric towel, only paper ones. Imagine you dry yourself with a paper towel, which is disgusting, it is not enough, so you have to suffer after taking a shower. The owners who rent around dozen apartments do not want to bother to wash towels; they prefer lazy lifestyle of rich owners - easy money with less work.

Hope they can strictly implement no smoking in the lobby. So much people smoking in the lobby during our stay and we really don't want to get a 2nd hand smoke while waiting for our DiDi to come. Please avoid people smoking indoors. This is the only thing I don't like during our stay. Thank you.

The taxi drop-off is along the main road, but it is just a short walk away from the hotel. There is a big signage for easy identification. The night market is just a short walk away, and has a wide range of food and snacks. A deposit would be collected during the check-in process at the front counter, the process was relatively smooth. Conversed in mandarin so there wasn't any language barrier. Cigarette smell is strong in the corridors and walkways. The walls in the room are not very clean, with visible stains. There's a gap when the toilet door is closed. Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. Towels were sealed. Water temperature and amount are not consistent, sometimes it would get either super hot or super cold. Bathroom is relatively big and clean, but there is no wet / dry separation. Fits the price paid, we only stayed one night due to a transit flight.
