I booked through a third party (trip.com) and the reservation policy was 100% pre-payment. Due to change of schedule, I needed to leave a day earlier than planned, but after checking with trip.com AI chat, they were unable to update the booking based on the reservation type. When I explained I was leaving early to reception, they mentioned they could refund the remaining night and contacted trip.com to mention they could accept the booking amendment. Thanks to the super helpful reception staff to help me amend the booking. Apart from that, the hotel is new and clean, while the room amenities are reasonable for the price.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Ich habe einen guten Eindruck von diesem Hotel in allen Aspekten, die das Hotel hätte haben sollen. 1). Gute Lage. 2). Sicherheit. 4. Gute Umwelt. 5). Gutes Front Desk Personal. Gutes Frühstück. 7). Gute Zimmerarchitektur. 8). Fair price. Die nächste Geschäftsreise wird wieder reserviert.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, neu dekoriert, kein Geschmack, das Leben ist auch komfortabel, der Platz ist groß, der Preis für das neue Jahr ist mäßig, von dem Sonnenlicht-Night-Markt über 500 m zu gehen, aus dem Hoteltoral rechts um 200 m zu wechseln, um einen Tee zu kaufen, nur 6 Yuan pro Tag, ich trinke, 8 Yuan pro 10 Yuan pro Nachtmarkt, Die Stadt der fünf Läden ist etwa 1 km vom Hotel entfernt. Hier befindet sich Xiao Wanda neben der Stadt der fünf Läden. Es gibt auch einen Restaurant im Westen des Hotels mit rotem und grünem Licht. Ich habe gehört, dass es auch sehr berühmt ist. Alle haben den Rain gedacht. Ich glaube, ein wenig Wurm ist vor allem die Muskelfleisch zu schlecht, als ob 20-30 Yuan Weiße Streifen, und 120 Yuan pro Hektar, Ferien sind nicht mit Gutscheinen, realen Preisen, zu schwer zu essen, andere haben nichts zu tun.

After further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing. Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items. Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.
