GGastnutzerFor the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough!
The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead.
I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall!
The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later.
The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables.
The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

GGastnutzer場所は新竹駅から徒歩10分以内と近く街の中心地までも徒歩で行けて何かと便利です。
朝食もビュッフェ形式で品数も豊富で味もどれも美味しかったです。
部屋も清潔でドライヤーや大きな冷蔵庫もあり水も2本ついています。
部屋によっては窓がない部屋もあるので今回チェックイン時にリクエストして空いていたので変更していただきました。大きめなバスタブもあるので助かります。
フロントスタッフもとても親切で質問に対して丁寧に対応して頂けるのですごく感じがいいです。
個人的におすすめします。

GGastnutzerEventhough there are some wrong messages between Trip. Com, their agent agoda and the hotel. But the hotel's staff was handling it in patients and good manners.
Also a credit to Trip. Com service team, very easy to keep in touch through data call and very fast to identify their issues. Best thing of Trip. Com was very responsibility and accountable on their advertisements in their platform. Eventually they made a compensation for the mastake.

Cchi_chii老實說這個價位配這個房間真的很不錯，空間大並且還有兩個沙發，進房間都懷疑是不是走錯間了！
而且有問題櫃檯都很積極解決，此次的住房體驗很好😆

⑶蓮蓬頭下是浴缸，要站進去裡面洗，如果有泡澡需求的
話會覺得不太乾淨
