Big hotel with a great facilities, just that when I request for extra blankets need to pay extra, since is winter time in Taiwan would appreciate if can get it for free.

First time stayed at Hsinchu, the overall staying experience is good. Hotel is very clean, there are few convenience shops and restaurant nearby. 10 mins Walking distance to train station. Also one mega city mall also can be reached by walk.

Food is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay. the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great. Room has good sound proofing windows second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look. they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great. they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++ otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Chenghuang-Tempels. In der Nähe gibt es auch viele Geschäfte mit Badewannen! Und das Wasser ist sehr stark, das Servicepersonal ist auch sehr gut und es gibt auch einen eigenen Spezialparkplatz, was sehr gut ist! Ich habe keine Kinder oder ähnliches und es handelt sich um eine Last-Minute-Buchung, daher ist es nicht nötig, nach einer Reihe von Anforderungen zu fragen. Clean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

Pros: Frühstück ist perfekt, sehr gute Kombination von westlich und *********. Lage ist perfekt, wenn Sie die Jiao Tong University und Tsinghua University besuchen. Nur ein paar Bushalte. Sehr authentische lokale Restaurants um. Die Mitarbeiter sind bereit, zu helfen. Kostenloses Soda im Kühlschrank, anständige Fitnesshalle. Gute Balkon-Aussicht in bestimmten Zimmern. Kons: Mein Zimmer war sauber, aber der Duschekopf war los, obwohl ich es selbst reparieren konnte, machte es das Badezimmer zu einem Chaos. Shampoo und Körperwasch sind nicht gut, da es ein 4-star ist. Elektronische Bidet, die Sie reinigt, aber nicht trocknet aus ... öffentliche Bads könnte ein guter Ort für Entspannung sein, aber es ist nur offen 4-10pm, das ist nicht freundlich für Reisende, die nur für die Nacht bleiben.

A time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids.

Good location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast. However, terrible experience about the staff. 1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there. 2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there.

The location of this hotel is great, reception people were very polite, room was very clean, I had good experience there.
