Kann den ganzen Tag nur an Aktivitäten teilnehmen - Frühstück ist fantastisch, in Bezug auf Geschmack und Vielfalt, vor allem die Verwendung von lokalen Hsinchu Lebensmittel - Zimmer groß, komfortabel und mit schönem Dekor - International Power Socket - Babyschampo, Seife und Lotion geliefert - Öko-freundlich (Toasterausstattung wie Zahnbürsten, Paste) nur auf Anfrage bereitgestellt - Innenpool - sauna Negative - Lage nicht die beste (nahe einem See, aber nicht in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums oder anderer Einrichtungen. Nur ein Komfortladen außerhalb des Hotels) - Sound-Isolierung ist nicht perfekt. Vielleicht nur mein Zimmer. Zimmer, die der Straße gegenüber steht, hört den Klang des Verkehrs.

Vorteile: Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, eine sehr gute Mischung aus westlichen und lokalen Spezialitäten. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch der Jiao Tong Universität und der Tsinghua Universität. Nur wenige Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Sehr authentische Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Angestellten sind hilfsbereit. Kostenlose Getränke im Kühlschrank, ordentlicher Fitnessraum. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon in einigen Zimmern. Nachteile: Mein Zimmer war sauber, aber der Duschkopf war locker. Ich konnte ihn zwar selbst reparieren, aber das Badezimmer war dadurch ziemlich unordentlich. Shampoo und Duschgel sind für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht gut. Das elektronische Bidet reinigt zwar, trocknet aber nicht richtig. Die öffentlichen Bäder könnten ein guter Ort zum Entspannen sein, sind aber nur von 16 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, was für Übernachtungsgäste ungünstig ist.

The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

Schönes Frühstück verbreitet. Freundliches Personal. Lage ist nahe dem Hsinchu Zoo und Park. Dies ist großartig für die kleinen. Aber nicht viel mehr in der Nähe. Wir nahmen den Bus in die Hauptstadt, ein paar Stellungen entfernt. Große Supermarkt in der Nähe zu kaufen Bedürfnisse.

Location: it just 4 mins walk to the Taichung Train station (not the High speed one), which is very convenience. Roon size: very small, but enough for 1 solo biz trip. Service: very family Breakfast: fair

เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ TRA มีอ่างอาบน้ำ มีอาหารเช้า พนักงานดูแล แต่ไม่ค่อยสะอาด ตอนเข้าห้องมาเจอกระดาษทิชชู่ใช้แล้วอยู่หลังประตูและเศษผมกองค่อนข้างใหญ่บนเตียง สิ่งที่ไม่โอเคเลยคือกลิ่นบุหรี่เหม็นมาก ห้องข้างๆสูบบุหรี่ในห้องแล้วกลิ่นลอยมาทางห้องของเรา คิดว่าน่าจะมาทางห้องน้ำ ควรจะมีการห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในห้องแบบเด็ดขาด

For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

The room and bathroom were very spacious, but the property is clearly dated and feels like a glimpse of past luxury. A major downside is the lack of power outlets near the bed, which is inconvenient for charging devices. Overall, a comfortable stay if you are not too concerned about modern amenities.

Booked this hotel as my friend is also staying there, I was there only for a night and was given room 601. Once I open the room door I noticed a weird sourish smell. Room is definitely dated. The AC kept making weird noise, had to turn it to low and the noise level is more acceptable.  Other than that it appears to be clean. As I was staying for only 1 night and my friend is staying more nights, after I checked out, I went over to his room to store my perishables in the fridge as my flight is at 8pm. Once I stepped in, there was a strong sourish smell in the room which even the cleaning staff acknowledged that she smell it too. She sugggested opening the window to facilitate better air flow and if it still doesn’t work then maybe will use a air freshener. And then, the metal key didn’t work when I try to open the room door. The same lady assisted me and told me to turn the key left before turning the door knob right. But when I came back to the room, the key doesn’t work no matter if I turned it left or right. She took over and it opened, had to turn it left with more force 😬 Next, AC controller doesn’t work. She came back again and when she press it worked but she also said it’s tougher to press the button, she will change the batteries. After changing the batteries it’s still very tough to press the button, so she changed the controller instead. How eventful.  Won’t stay again if I can help it. Positive note though, the room wall paper doesn’t have the weird black barbwire pattern shows on the pics of trip.com, sorry I forgot to take pics.
