The place was very modern, lovely decorated, clean, and very quiet. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. There was only one down side about the hotel, we booked our stay with breakfast which was taken in a restaurant opposite the hotel which was fine to us but they limited the amount of food we could ordered 😓 only one drink, one dish and two slices of bread per person ☹️if one would choose eggs it was only two eggs per person. I do not eat a lot in the mornings but if one does then my advice is to don’t have breakfast included in your booking.

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

Es war ein hervorragender Aufenthalt! Sehr nett und sauber. Es ist nahe allen Amnestie Shop und allen beliebten Orten von ksamil. Es hat einen Pool, der ausgezeichnet und am meisten genießbar ist. Der Empfänger war nett und die Umgebung war wirklich nett. Es war wirklich großartig im günstigen Preis zu bleiben. 💯 aus 💯

What a lovely little gem! So peaceful with beautiful views. The pool is a great asset and we were lucky to get a sea view room. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful . We really enjoyed our stay and it’s highly recommended:)

Das neue, auf der Suche stehende Hotel mit modernem Stil ist sehr sauber. Nur leicht kompatibel wäre es schwierig, kaltes Wasser zu bekommen, wenn duschen aus irgendeinem Grund. Großes Frühstück.

Ein schöner Ort und schönes Personal, besonders receptionist Tanna, hat sie uns so komfortable und sogar vorgeschlagen Orte zu gehen und zu tun. Fresh Food und die Reinigungspersonal erstaunlich nur bedauern, nicht Tipps geben, aber dies Überprüfung hoffen wird ihnen alle Bezahlungserhöhung .....Danke

Amazing hotel and very clean good location but you don’t really get the proper sea view from here but beach is very close overall hotel and staff was amazing

I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. En cuanto al hotel, nada que decir, super buenas instalaciones. Lo malo es que la noche que llegamos, llegamos pasado el horario del check in (por retraso de nuestro vuelo), y pese a haber avisado con tiempo la situación, no nos querían dar una solución. Fue hasta que llegamos e insistimos un poco que al final nos enviaron a un ”apart hotel” muy cerca y ellos asumieron el costo. Entendemos que a esa hora el sistema no les permitía entregarnos nuestra habitación, pero habiendo avisado con 4 horas de anticipación, creo que podrían haber hecho algo más para ayudarnos, en fin, no se vio tanta colaboración y ganas de ayudar por parte del hotel. Fuera de eso, fue una buena estancia.

I stayed out of season and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. An excellent stay, positioning is sublime and the views from the balcony were amazing overlooking the beach.
