What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

Nice hotel in great location. Very nice buffet breakfast options. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would have liked some ‘four star’ amenities in the room such as conditioner , but the room itself was nice .

Hotel regentado por una familia encantadora, atentos a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Las instalaciones tanto externas (piscina, terraza...), como habitaciones muy limpias y nuevas. Las habitaciones disponen todas de balcón con buenas vistas tanto las de la piscina como las que dan para la zona de playa. El desayuno abundante y variado. Personal muy servicial. Ambiente muy tranquilo, perfecto para una zona de tanta actividad turística. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en nuestras vacaciones en Albania (estuvimos en 5). Relación calidad/precio inmejorable. Volveriamos sin pensarlo. Gracias Duka's Hotel.

Das neue, auf der Suche stehende Hotel mit modernem Stil ist sehr sauber. Nur leicht kompatibel wäre es schwierig, kaltes Wasser zu bekommen, wenn duschen aus irgendeinem Grund. Großes Frühstück.

The place was very modern, lovely decorated, clean, and very quiet. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. There was only one down side about the hotel, we booked our stay with breakfast which was taken in a restaurant opposite the hotel which was fine to us but they limited the amount of food we could ordered 😓 only one drink, one dish and two slices of bread per person ☹️if one would choose eggs it was only two eggs per person. I do not eat a lot in the mornings but if one does then my advice is to don’t have breakfast included in your booking.

En cuanto al hotel, nada que decir, super buenas instalaciones. Lo malo es que la noche que llegamos, llegamos pasado el horario del check in (por retraso de nuestro vuelo), y pese a haber avisado con tiempo la situación, no nos querían dar una solución. Fue hasta que llegamos e insistimos un poco que al final nos enviaron a un ”apart hotel” muy cerca y ellos asumieron el costo. Entendemos que a esa hora el sistema no les permitía entregarnos nuestra habitación, pero habiendo avisado con 4 horas de anticipación, creo que podrían haber hecho algo más para ayudarnos, en fin, no se vio tanta colaboración y ganas de ayudar por parte del hotel. Fuera de eso, fue una buena estancia.

Chambre situé au réa de chaussée Bruyant +++ Problème avec la douche pas de pression et obliger de tenir le « bouton » car sinon toutes les 2 minutes le jet d’en haut se déclenche ou le pommeau

I stayed out of season and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. An excellent stay, positioning is sublime and the views from the balcony were amazing overlooking the beach.
