What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

Nice hotel in great location. Very nice buffet breakfast options. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would have liked some ‘four star’ amenities in the room such as conditioner , but the room itself was nice .

Hotel regentado por una familia encantadora, atentos a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Las instalaciones tanto externas (piscina, terraza...), como habitaciones muy limpias y nuevas. Las habitaciones disponen todas de balcón con buenas vistas tanto las de la piscina como las que dan para la zona de playa. El desayuno abundante y variado. Personal muy servicial. Ambiente muy tranquilo, perfecto para una zona de tanta actividad turística. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en nuestras vacaciones en Albania (estuvimos en 5). Relación calidad/precio inmejorable. Volveriamos sin pensarlo. Gracias Duka's Hotel.

Ein schöner Ort und schönes Personal, besonders receptionist Tanna, hat sie uns so komfortable und sogar vorgeschlagen Orte zu gehen und zu tun. Fresh Food und die Reinigungspersonal erstaunlich nur bedauern, nicht Tipps geben, aber dies Überprüfung hoffen wird ihnen alle Bezahlungserhöhung .....Danke

Das neue, auf der Suche stehende Hotel mit modernem Stil ist sehr sauber. Nur leicht kompatibel wäre es schwierig, kaltes Wasser zu bekommen, wenn duschen aus irgendeinem Grund. Großes Frühstück.

What a lovely little gem! So peaceful with beautiful views. The pool is a great asset and we were lucky to get a sea view room. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful . We really enjoyed our stay and it’s highly recommended:)

I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. I stayed out of season and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. An excellent stay, positioning is sublime and the views from the balcony were amazing overlooking the beach.

En cuanto al hotel, nada que decir, super buenas instalaciones. Lo malo es que la noche que llegamos, llegamos pasado el horario del check in (por retraso de nuestro vuelo), y pese a haber avisado con tiempo la situación, no nos querían dar una solución. Fue hasta que llegamos e insistimos un poco que al final nos enviaron a un ”apart hotel” muy cerca y ellos asumieron el costo. Entendemos que a esa hora el sistema no les permitía entregarnos nuestra habitación, pero habiendo avisado con 4 horas de anticipación, creo que podrían haber hecho algo más para ayudarnos, en fin, no se vio tanta colaboración y ganas de ayudar por parte del hotel. Fuera de eso, fue una buena estancia.
