"Großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Flachbildfernseher. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt keine Einweg-Hausschuhe für die Toilette. Die Lage ist 10/10. Viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. In der Gegend gibt es auch Nachtmärkte. Was Aktivitäten angeht, gibt es Go-Karts, Karneval, Wasser-Themenpark und vieles mehr, was Sie genießen können. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Ort zum Übernachten. Wir waren 5 Tage hier und insgesamt zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung."

"I requested three single beds as I was traveling with 3 friends. The hotel room very spacious and I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with many choices that fully satisfied my appetite. I was pleasantly surprised to find instant fried dishes, a white chocolate fountain, and even ice cream are also one of the breakfast choices for you."

"We are newly married couple, so we have a short gateway from Singapore. We requested to have some special decorations on the bed and they did it, so lovely. They allow us to keep luggage before and after our check in timing. The receptionist is nice and friendly. Breakfast is order when you check in, given some choice and we choose American Breakfast, and surprisingly they have salad and dessert buffet as well. Food is quite okay. We book the spa (20% discount), they arrange us for couple room even we book different massage. Enjoyable spa time. The only bad things happen is the mosquitoes, as the lobby is open air space and when we waiting the registration and luggage storage, my husband get bitten more than 5 times. Thanks God we didn't open the door for long time, so nothing happened in our room. Location is near the Santorini, walking distance 7mins, got food near by there also."

"Came Batam for 2 nights but only managed to booked 1 night here as it was fully booked on a weekend. Its a very popular hotel so do book early. Location was superb, walking distance to the instagramable cafes such as Itsumo, to big malls such as Grand Batam and surrounded by lots of good massage and dining options. The famous A2 eating place is also 5min walk away. Hotel has a nice artistic touch was very new as it was barely 3 years old. Room and bathroom is still in very clean and good shape. Only downside was there is no bath tub in the room. Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Buffet spread was not the best variety but was okay. Overall stay here if you want to be in the heart of the action without need to travel out."

"Wir hatten hier im Allgemeinen einen sehr komfortabelen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war neu, sauber und hell, was es angenehmen machte, nach einem langen Tag wieder zu kommen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt bequem und die Einrichtungen gut gepflegt. Location-wise, it was a little far from most of our main route sites, so make factor in extra travel time if you are planning to move around a lot. Die Service vom Personal war im Großen und Ganzen gut, aber am letzten Tag hatten wir einen kleinen Hiccup. Ich bat um Badehandtücher und Wasser, bevor ich auscheckte, aber nachdem ich über 20 Minuten wartete, wurde nichts geliefert. Als ich wieder angerufen habe, antwortete ein anderes Mitarbeiter und informierte mich erst dann, dass zusätzliches Flaschenwasser belastet werden kann. Ich fand diese Überraschung, da ich nicht sicher bin, ob es für 5-star Hotels üblich ist, Gäste für Wasserflaschen zu belasten, und es wäre besser gewesen, wenn dies während meiner ersten Anrufe klar mitgeteilt wurde. Neben diesem war der Aufenthalt angenehm, das Zimmer komfortabel und insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung."

"The hotel wasn't cleaned as expected especially the pillowcase, toilet and also the cupboard. The breakfast option was limited, and the staff there didn't replace it ASAP when being empty. When I asked for the help, it took me twice or three times calling until the staff came."

"Montigo Nongsa Resort is a must go for a relaxing retreat in Batam to rest and recharge from the daily rush of City life. Just by simply being there, immersed in the beauty of white washed villas by the sea, you will feel like you're in Greece. Soaking in the scenic view all around you everywhere you go and vibes of a slower pace of life, all the stress slips away. In the resort, commuting is done using a buggy, or you can have a delightful walk discovering paths and scenic places not covered by the buggy. The villa is my beautiful cozy home for the retreat with its own Infinity pool giving me all time access to the magnificent sea view, sunset and cloudy skies overhead. I can lounge on the poolside bench for a sunbath watching the ferries and sea activities or admire the broad expanse of the dark cloudy skies overhead with planes flying above at night truly quietens one's spirit down in an amazing life by the sea. Adding sparks and highlights to the already perfect life here in Montigo Resort is the abundance of daily breakfast at Tadd's Restaurant. The staff here (including Sara and another gentleman staff whom I didn't ask for the name) are amazingly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for you. If you have booked recreation activities in advance, you would be pleasantly delighted that staff from the Recreation Club would be there at Tadd's before you come for breakfast to meet you and assure they will bring you to the Recreation activity after breakfast! Wow! What a seamless experience to make you feel so welcome and well taken care of! Thanks to Chyntia, Coco, Yoga, Wahid and Bruhan from the Recreation Club. Chyntia has thoughtfully planned the sequence of the activities when I booked several activities over a few days without fixed dates and time to allow easier booking depending on tidal conditions and other guests' bookings. You can try your hands at the Airsoft Gun. Coco from Recreation Club will guide you on the shooting techniques. As a first timer with Airsoft guns, I'm certainly pleased to have hit 2 targets using 30 pellets. Next is the kayaking. Yoga from Recreation Club will brief you on using the paddle and take photos and videos for you from the shore. Just paddle out to the peaceful sea and take in the entire landscape of Montigo Resort from the kayak. I'm also amazed at the opportunity to see a tiny flat crab clutching onto a floating cardboard raising one leg at me at sea! Another exciting adventure is the ATV! Wahid from the Recreation Club will help you get familiar to the ATV in no time and guide you on a tour to the dirt track and the nearby farm in the ATV if you choose the one hour session! Along the way, he will help take photos and videos to capture your memorable ATV journey. Lastly, you can opt for a 2 hour bike tour to 2 kampungs! Guided by Bruhan from Recreation Club, you will see the captivating rustic local life scenes, the nature and beach along the way. You will also see the mangrove village where paintball activity takes place. Bruhan will also take photos and videos for you when we pause for breaks. Thankfully, Bruhan brought along a bottle of mineral water for me for regular hydration during the tour! It totally skipped my mind to consider bringing water along! To ease the muscle soreness, end the day with a blissful soak in the Infinity pool or warm bathtub with an essential oil bath bomb. Breathe in the aromatic scent and relax. So much wonderful memories and delightful experiences at Montigo Nongsa Resort leaves me looking forward to more!"

"I like Harmoni Hotel a lot. It's true that it's showing its age, but if you are a regular, you will learn to appreciate the easiness of this hotel. Easy to reach, easy to book, easy to park, easy to check in, and out, and easy to navigate around the place (it isn't very big, despite the enormous lobby). The rooftop pool offers a good refreshment if you are tired of working. The breakfast area is usually busy on weekends, and quiet during the week, and does a sufficient job to ensure you're energised for the day. The bar has a nice pool table, but has limited serving hours. It's a pity that the Harmoni Residences are not in use (they probably never were), otherwise I might consider staying here long-term. The price-quality ratio is excellent!"

" Ich blieb hier eine Nacht und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Allgemeinen, obwohl die Einrichtungen ziemlich begrenzt sindno Fitnessraum, Bar oder Lounge. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel und sehr bequem, mit einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants und Malls in der Nähe. Das Frühstück wird jedoch in einem öffentlichen Raum serviert, das ein wenig abgeholt. Das Personal war freundlich und bequem zu meinen Anfragen. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass mein Zimmer auf der Ebene eins war, was es etwas laut am Abend machte."
